Jonathon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had the parts and got the repair and cleaning done in less than two hours. He also took the opportunity to visit earlier than scheduled and had the repair done before the hottest part of the day. My family is very grateful!

1/20/23. Nick J was our tech. He is friendly, personable and goes about his job quick and efficiently. He explained what was done and/or needed. Absolutely recommend Air Tech. They put in our system annd have cared for it many years. It has been, and is, running trouble free. Feel this is due to Air Tech’s regular maintenance on our system.

1/30/2023. Spoke to William G on the phone this morning. Thermostat still not functioning properly. He said he tried to reset 3 times and if it’s still not working we need a new thermostat! They have really gone up in price, but he is doing his best to get one for us like the one we have or perhaps one less costly that will work for us. We are retired folks and appreciate William helping us to keep costs down. We have been with Air Tech several years and they have always been very helpful and provided good service.

AirTech came out to the office. I explained to Jason what our issue was. He went over what he found and what he was going to do to get what needed to be fixed, fixed. Then when he was done he gave a review, he was super patient when I asked questions regarding the review and recommended office temps. Good customer service is a rare commodity lately. Thanks

Used them earlier this year replacing whole HVAC system on rental. There follow up is amazing. Now replacing other HVAC system on other rentals. Techs are all so patient with my elder tenants. Very polite and explain everything
