Using air tech was a great experience from start to finish. A tech came to evaluate the issue, the next day a project manager came to go over all possible scenarios, and lastly two techs came out and put in new ducting to get better air flow and a whole house fan. I have never had better service from a company. Really good people, and they did good work.Thank you!!
My wife and I smelled gas coming from our furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace is located in a small closet, and the leak was not accessible. We hired Air Tech initially to simply remove the furnace so that a plumber from our home warranty could repair it. The plumber proved to be incompetent and did not fix our gas leak. Air Tech fixed the leak and identified the problem quickly. They then reinstalled our furnace. We enjoyed their service so much that we bought a new water heater from them at a reasonable price. We received three quotes about this project. One bid was nearly $10,000, and the other was $1,200. Air Tech was higher than the lowest bid but significantly lower than the highest bid. We decided Air Tech was giving us the most value for our money. The expensive bid would have been too much money, while the lower one could have ended badly. As for the service people who came to our home, they were polite, direct, and transparent about the situation. Caleb and Adam are personable and professional. We appreciated their dedication to their work, and it is obvious how much they enjoy doing it. Thanks, Air Tech for fixing the gas leak that took other companies over two weeks to fail at. Without your service, we'd still have the gas building in our walls. Thanks to Air Tech we are now safe, warm, and clean with hot water and central heating!
Scheduled quickly! Jonathon was very professional and friendly, and did a fantastic job both diagnosing and explaining my furnace issues. Their prices are very fair, too!
Matthew was fantastic! He worked with me on timelines, efficiency of rlectricity, long term maintenance and considered my whole electrical system. Gave me different options for everything needed and did his best to get me to my price point. The cherry on top- he’s an Army veteran who walks the talk-on time, communicates. Respectful, coordinated, organized and personable
Bryan took his time inspecting the unit and explained each picture he took. My system is 30 years old next year. I am getting quote from them for a new system. I would highly recommend air tech pro
Joey, the tech from Air Tech was very professional, friendly and explained all aspects of his maintenance and review. He answered all my questions. At my request, he also installed an Iwave.
Airtech Pro had installed the heat pump system on our house 8 years ago prior to us buying the home. They are still in business, which is a good thing these days. William came out for a heating system tune up and he was very professional, on time (actually early after asking if we were available for him to come early), helpful, and thorough. He even helped us dispose of a couple of dead mice in the attic. Thankfully, our system checked out fine, so all he presented us is a membership plan and a whole house air purifier. There was no pressure to buy either. Would recommend Air Tech for system tune up. Can't say about any repairs since we didn't have to get anything fixed.
Gareth the Project Manager explained what we needed very thoroughly. after evaluation the conditions of our HVAC system he proceeded to make the "needed" recommendations. Very realistic and mindful of the cost of the project. the Technicians Jose R. Mark and Zack were very knowledgeable and detailed oriented which adhered to all the details provided by Gareth as quoted. They provided a great customer CARE and patiently explained every step of the way on this project. Highly recommend Air Tech Pros
I had this company install a new furnace ( the FAU portion of my split unit HVAC system) last year (2020). Unbeknownst to me, their installers zip tied my main air supply ducting instead of taping it which caused the air ducting to collapse and the insulation clogged the main air line which caused my air conditioning condenser to explode. I made an appointment with them to fix my air conditioning system through my home warranty program (they are an approved vendor) - they said it would take over 10 days before they could get out and take a look. Because it would be so long before they could out and we were experiencing extreme heat conditions I called another company who was able to come out that day and install a temporary air conditioning system for me. The other company installed the temporary system which worked fine for 2 days and then quit working. I called that company who then came back out, took a look and ended up going up into the attic to find the main problem which was the installation of the FAU last year. I called to explain the situation to Air Tech and left a message with their answering system even though it states they're open they're 24 hours. The answering system said they would have a call a technician call me the next day. After not receiving a call, I called late in the afternoon to find out what was going on. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said they couldn't come out and take a look for over a week leaving me, my 6 months old granddaughter, and 85 year old mother with no air conditioning during over 100 degree temperature days. They said it wasn't their problem and tried to blame the company that installed the new temporary air conditioning system. This company, mind you, did not install my first air conditioner that the condenser blew up on only the second one. Needless, to say I would never use this company if it wasn't necessary to use them in order to go through my home warranty program. Super disappointed in their customer service!!!!
