We had our HVAC unit replaced recently. After 3 estimates from various companies, we settled with Air Tech. I felt that Greg was very involved with the project from the day he came by to give their estimate. Overall we were happy with the ease and pace of the replacement. I am going to keep doing business with this company!

Just a tip for anyone getting their unit replaced: I wish I would have left the house for a few hours! After install, the unit had a slight smell that went away (I guess something on the unit is coated in oil that burns off), but for a few hours when we first used the unit I kept getting light headed.

Caleb and the Air Tech Pros team came to my home, removed my old HVAC system, cleaned up, and prepared the area for a new HVAC system. They converted my entire system from gas heat to a total electric system. The new system and equipment were professionally installed. Everything was explained, all of my questions were answered and the team treated my home with respect and kept everything clean during their installation visit. I highly recommend Air Tech Pros if you need a replacement system or HVAC repairs.

These people will just focus on selling you their warranty plan, meanwhile if you are the moment of need their business plan is price gouging. They quoted $1100 for a $150 inducer motor. The tech was not honest and tried to paint a picture of doom and gloom in order to sell the useless warranty plan which doesn't actually cover you for an actual failure. Save your time and money, and find an honest business to take care of your need.

Air tech was so professional, I had the pleasure of Mark and Jose working in my attic for the last 4 days. They were both such a delight to have in my home. The temperature outside was in the 90’s, they have the most positive attitude, extremely polite, and very careful around all my possessions. They are very hard workers, incredibly knowledgeable, and always kept me informed as to what they were doing. I would have them back in my home without hesitation! Our technician, Nick was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the necessary part, installed it, and waited for it to cycle and make sure it worked properly. AirTech was called for a second opinion and saved us over $1100 from our first estimate from The Brothers.

He was friendly but professional and very responsive to our multiple questions. We hope he can come again to our next schedule service.
