These guys are the best. It has been a pleasure using them for all of my hvac needs. Kris came out and evaluated and planned my needs for adding a few ducts and an air return to my system. Caleb and Zach came out with the skills, muscle, and hustle. They also do attic blown in insulation! Our rafters were showing in some areas and we could definitely feel it. Zach came in and did a great job getting us up to a better R value. A+ gentlemen thank you for the great service.

Matt did a great job laying out many options for us. He answered all of our questions and took the time with us. When we made our decision they were quick to respond and able to give us a good value for the work.

Beginning with the ladies in the office, (Ashley and Sage) when I called and spoke to them, they were very friendly and professional. Alex came out first and got right to work diagnosing our problem. He was very friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained things in terms I could understand and even got on a call with my husband to explain the process. I wanted to get other estimates but went ahead and scheduled an appointment for an Air Tech Pros Project Manager to come out and give us the first estimate. The appointment was scheduled before Alex left. Just a few days later, DJ came out to give the estimate (on a Saturday even!). He spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving us all the necessary information we needed to make an informed decision. I appreciated there was NO PRESSURE at all to choose their company. After speaking with him, I was even more impressed and convinced that I didn't need to look any further for a company to do the job. We decided to move forward. Our install was scheduled for the following Monday (today) and the Team is here doing the job. Jose, Kyle and Moses are all very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. So far I am extremely happy with this company. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone else looking for their services. Thank you to the entire company. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!!

Of course we aren't finished yet but first technician Chris stopped by and then Gareth came by to do the measuring and other details and both were very informative. Seems like they will be using top notch materials and doing a fantastic job looking forward to getting it all finished 👍

To begin, meeting with Gareth was thorough. He explained what was happening with our system with full details and pictures. He had excellent and polite customer service with our many questions. Furthermore, he responded quickly with phone calls. When the work crew, Kyle, Moses, and Kevin, came out to install the system, they were courteous and worked from beginning to end. It was quite impressive as they did not waste one minute and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Air Tech Pros for their expertise, professional work, and customer service!

Garreth @AirTech Pros was very professional, clean, and efficient. He found opportunities on our HVAC that were unforeseen and we're also needs. I would definitely recommend a consultation when installing any new system.

I recommend Air Tech Pros. The entire experience was informative and pleasant experience. The staff was pleasant and informed from the beginning with Greg and Jason for the estimate cost to the end of the job with Darwin, Kyle, and Moses. I want to give a special thanks to Kyle and Moses for spending all three days of the install. Especially for the last 2 days spending their day up in my attic installing the new ducts and spraying new insulation. The also made it a point to make sure to spend time making sure they clean up before they left our house. They even gave us instructions on how to set up our new digital thermostat. They made the whole ordeal of getting a new heating and air conditioner, new ducts and insulation as pleasant experience. Thank you Air Tech Pros.

After a tree fell on part of our house, Air Tech's tech came out a day early (after checking with me first) to ensure our furnace was still operating properly and safe to use. Also, he was concerned with not tracking mud despite my assurances the tree did worse. Overall, a good experience. Well, minus the tree.

Brian showed up in the designated time. Was respectful calm cool and collective. Highly recommend this company and service. Two thumbs up!!!
