Mark and crew had to do so much to get to and replace all of the duct work and they worked very hard and professionally to get it all in. They had the AC unit installed in a day. And from the time we talked with the project manager to them getting started was only 2 days. They have cleaned up nicely after each days work. I have had a really good experience with Air Tech and with Mark and his crew

I have to add to this as there is a part of the job that has not gone well - I had a drop ceiling in a downstairs area that was taken down during the install and going on 2 weeks now has not been put back up. They hired a sub a week later who spent 6 hours on site and made little to no progress and was very questionable in his professionalism. And the PM for the project did not come to check in during that work. And I had to contact him to let him know the lack of progress and professionalism.

So I had 5 stars for the base work but had to knock it down 2 for the final piece and that the job has really yet to be completed.

AirTech has consistently been a great HVAC maintenance service provider. Every one of their technicians have been professional, thorough, and efficient. Easy to schedule with great communication and in a reasonable time-frame. Great value for the quality of service they provide.

They were courteous, kind answered all of our questions were fair made us feel comfortable and responsive to supporting our heating and repair needs. Amazing to use. I would use them again if I ever needed any additional service.

They are refusing to honor installation contracts calling for free annual inspection for 2 years. Also did this on a system installed in 2017. Have now blocked me from calling them. Refuse to give me a copy of my contracts. State of Ca. has given them 3 citations. They get 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp. They are both dishonest and incompetent.

Dustin and Moses did an awesome job with my gas to electric conversion! Everything that they installed looks and works great, and they even improved a few aspects of my HVAC system. They really did go the extra mile to get the job done right. Looking forward to many years of great heating and cooling!!! Also, thank you to Dan for getting everything set up in the first place. Thanks guys!

Our tech, Zach was friendly, professional, answered all our questions, showed us pictures of the equipment he checked and it's readings. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the equipment and his manner of explaining how things worked.

He was amazing. I will use this company for all my hvac needs. I recommend this company 100%. No pressure just honest information about my unit and what it needs to last me years longer. I'm new to buying a house so this helped me so much.
