Mike was thorough and very knowlegable in explaining all the factors involved in my choice of a heat pump system/duct replacement/insulation install project. I had other bids whose reps missed many of the considerations, details, and rebates my job entailed.

Great company for switching to heat pump system, getting off natural gas, replacing your old leaky duct work and adding extra attic insulation. Really reduces your energy use (especially if you have solar panels), switches to greener electricity, and drops your energy bills $$$$.

Our AC system was turned on today for the first time this year, and we found it was blowing hot air. Called the main office and the sent Brian out within 3 hours. Not only was he extremely kind and professional, but he diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours. Flash forward, AC is now blowing cold air. Extremely impressed with this company and their customer service!

We tried to turn on our AC system for the first time this year as the peak temperature is expected to be 92F. The AC system did not start. We called Air Tech and they responded right away to fix our system. Nick, the technician, was super nice. He explained the problem and how he fixed clearly with photos. The AC is working fine now and we are ready for the summer.

Joey was very professional in all aspects of today’s visit. He had never been to my home, so he requested a quick tour and then he fully explained what the visit would entail. He explained everything he discovered during the maintenance visit and answered all the questions I had.

Recently had heat pump installed. Thermostat not working properly. They quickly repaired the thermostat on the same day that I called. The customer service is refreshing, when you call. They are always happy to speak with you.
