Responded to my call expeditiously with their technician, Jayce, arriving within an hour. He troubleshot our AC and quickly identified the problem as a failed fan assemble. All the parts he required were in his van and repairs were made on site. Throughly tested our AC and verified repairs were successful. Thank you Jayce.

Danny was great! He was very thorough with explaining what was going on with our AC unit. He gave us all the options available to get our AC up and running.

My AC decided to go out on a Sunday afternoon . I called this place open 24/7 i was told a technician will be returning my call. After 15 min a technician calls (Danny)we arrange an appointment and 45 minutes later he shows up .looks at my AC unit and finds the problem. Danny was very polite and he explained step by step what needed to be done . I am happy with the service.

I’d suggest getting competitive quotes before having any major work done by MSP. Today, I had a circuit board replaced on our furnace and the cost from a local, reputable HVAC company was about half of what I was quoted by MSP. And this is after MSP dropped the price by $300 dollars telling me I had until Friday to make a decision. I had other work done by MSP in the past and I thought it was a bit high, but it was an emergency. I was told when I paid for the emergency repair that they would give me a service plan in exchange for a 5* review. The technician asked me to open Google and write a review before he left. This explains the consistency of top reviews. The customer service is great, the technicians are good and I believe their work is fine. But, you might pay more than you should if you use MSP.

Danny is awesome. Fix the problem in a blink of an eye. Helpful and polite. Would lobe to work with this company especially Danny again if needed.
