Brett was very responsive, he showed up to our house promptly, even though I called after 4:30pm. Brett looked at the outside unit and the unit in the attic, also taking various measurements. Brett gave us a very thorough explanation of how an AC system works. Brett explained to us what was needed and gave us an estimate on various options we could choose from. Overall Brett was the kind of person you want to come to your home, he was friendly, courteous and kind. Brett genuinely appeared to try to meet our needs without trying to over sell us.

Brett responded to our call, came out took measurements, evaluated our unit inside and outside . He was very polite and eager to explain how our unit works, and why we would need what he was recommending to us. I appreciated that he listen to our needs and didn't try to over sell us, and was able to get us a quick installation. Brett was professional, and very easy to talk to, and didn't pressure us into anything.

Danny has been the best guy ever. He won my trust around 2021 and has been a vital reason I am still a customer with MSP. He is trustworthy, honest, and helpful. He makes MSP LOOK GOOD even came out on Father's Day to help me out. Above and beyond customer service. MSP Heating and AC was stellar. Our AC was turning on and off, I called MSP and a technician came out the same night. This was at 7:30 pm. We are very content with their service and will definitely use them again. Danny was professional and trustworthy, he explained everything very well. Thank you MSP.

Awesome experience with Danny coming out to repair my unit today! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and was extremely efficient. I have no experience whatsoever in dealing with A/C's, and was extremely nervous making the calls in 100° weather here in Riverside the morning my A/C went capoot, anxious that it would be costly and timely to fix. Luckily, I made the right call! MSP was able to come out SAME DAY, (and the day before the 4th of July!), and resolved the issue within an hr. Much happier, and cooler having chose MSP!
