MSP Heat And Air

Brandon came out and saved us from the heat. We have a 9 month old so we were concerned about our little one during the increases in temperature. Our fan had seized and so I made the call. Brandon came out quickly on short notice and had the system up and running in no time. I will definitely call them back for future repairs or maintenance.

Brandon from MSP came to do my heater maintenance and he was excellent in explaining thoroughly what needed to be done and replaced. I signed up for their membership. I’ve been with this company for over two years now and will a little less than two years probably and Brandon is one of the best technicians that has helped me take care of my system. He explained everything and did not hold back on what he had to do in the prices he was able to help me with the pricing of everything that needed to be done, and I just really think him and MSP for having such a good technicians to come to my home.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The Service Technician called when he arrived as requested in order to secure my dog. He answered all of my questions and helped me change out the filter as well. Great company. I received a call to set up the appointment and they kept me informed the whole process from start to finish.
