MSP Heat And Air

I was given a window between 10 am and 12 noon. I requested on the earlier side. Jayce arrived a few minutes after 10 am. It was a little rainy, so he put on protective covers over his boots as to keep our floors clean, he also avoided walking across our lawn and kept to the pavement. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He performed the job in a timely manner and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall rating : 6 out of 5.

Jayce and Brandon did a fantastic job finding out the issue I was having with my system. They were so professional and detail explain the issue to me. Thanks guys for your help, I know who I will be calling next time I need help with my AC unit or furnace.

Tenant's AC was not cooling. Called MSP and spoke to Donald. He sent a technician on-site within a couple hours. Technician Danny explained the issue and sent photos of the process. AC fixed within an hour. My tenant is happy. Pricing is reasonable too. Thank you MSP!

Brandon came out this week and thoroughly checked out our heater to insure it was in good shape for the cold weather. Previously during the summer our old air conditioner went out and MSP sent their whole crew out and installed a new air conditioner, the crew working into the night. Excellent installation, no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the results just wish I had done it sooner. My home was built in 1952 and honestly don't believe previous owners took care of the home. We had so much dust and debris coming out of the vents we would wipe them down but within a few days they were full of dust.
I had MSP replace my entire AC unit 2 years and it's worked perfectly ever since . I was worried about air duct cleaning due to other companies trying to upsell I just didn't feel comfortable so I never did it even though it needed to be done but once MSP said they can do it at a fraction of those other companies I booked them. The techs are very efficient and know what they are doing and extremely polite.
