David from Fire N Ice was very professional and their pricing / value was very good compared to the local competitors.

Jason arrived on time 9:00AM sharp and began to troubleshoot the AC unit. Problem was the capacitor needed to be replaced. The job took about an hour and the AC unit is now working like new. Fire-N-Ice is a great company to hire and they always have the best Techs employed by them. Jason was professional and reliable.

Jason and trainee Christian are knowledgeable. They fixed the problem by installing a new hard start up assembly to boost the capacitor. It was a quick fix. The whole service cost me $365 right off the bat, but I guess that's the norm nowadays. So it is what it is...I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you gor coming in the same day as I called for service.

Fire N Ice did a great system install for a reasonable price. After acquiring several estimates, i chose to go with David at Fire N Ice. He was very transparent with me, which I really appreciated. I'll be calling Fire N Ice when my 2nd HVAC system goes out.

My elderly parents called a few HVAC companies a couple days ago, but everyone was too busy and scheduled 3 days out. Fire N Ice was the same, but I explained that my parents were elderly and if the could help out. They just get it- Service was scheduled for the next day - late afternoon. However, the service tech was nearby and skipped some non rush appointments and showed up at my parents house early morning and fixed some wiring, fuses and patched a hole where the problem began. Corey and Alex showed up professional and ready fixed the issue right away.

Jason showed up as scheduled, found the problem right away and got our AC working. In addition he checked the temperature coming from our vents and determined we needed Freon. We are happy with his service and we will use them again.

Jason was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. His pricing was very fair. I would use them again.

I called Fire and Ice at 9 this morning because I didn't have heat. Jason was here by 10:45 and got my heat repaired. Excellent service!!

I had call Fire and Ice Air Conditioning the evening before. The fan on one of our AC unit outside stopped spinning. I called 5 mins before they were closing. The representative who picked up the phone had got my name and number to contact someone at the office to help check their schedule. I received a phone call just 30mins later. They were able to schedule me the morning after. I was grateful, because having a senior and pets, we need the AC working. Jason came out the morning after and was able to fix the unit in 15mins. Great service and would recommend.

I purchased my home in December 2020 and experienced the new furnace blowing cold air while in Heat Mode shortly after moving in. Since they were the installer of the unit they came out and adjusted the gas pressure on the unit. Everything was running good until December 2021 when it happened again. I called Fire & Ice and Josue came out for the service call. Very knowledgeable, respectful and presented well. I caretake my parents (in their 80s) and he interacted with my dad very sweetly.

Josue adjusted the gas flow (again) and ran the unit a few times to ensure the warm air was being produced. He did mention that these units have sensitive gas flow regulators so I don't feel alone in the issue.
He also looked at the air intake and discovered a mesh screen over the register. He removed them citing that it would restrict air flow into the unit. The primary air filter needs to do its job- made a lot of sense especially after he showed me how clogged the screens were.

All the techs that have been by have been great. Highly recommend and will be reaching out to schedule regular maintenance of the units to keep things operating right.
