This is by far the best service I’ve received from a heating and air company. Got a new unit installed, the service was impeccable! My technicians Da’Von & Josue took the time out to answer all of my questions. Da’Von and Josue explained exactly how everything worked in great detail which was greatly appreciated… This is now my new heating and air company. I’d definitely recommend them anyone.. You just can’t get any better than Fire and Ice Air conditioning!

I was so happy I had Fire-N-Ice come out to check my AC for maintenance. I had noticed a little drop in cooling my place down and wanted to make sure all was running ok. The tech spent some time checking the system and pinpointed a small repair and I felt the difference in the AC immediately. The price was reasonable (he spent a good amount of time to troubleshoot), and the communication was fantastic… text to confirm appointment(very prompt!), text when en route and texted invoice for easy payment. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Although it was a rough start getting the correct parts, they were persistent and completed the job! So happy to have heat again!

Responsive, Reliable, Trustworthy, Affordable, & Honest!! I can’t speak highly enough of Jason & Fire-N-Ice!! First of all I was stuck in a heatwave with a broken AC and my family was suffering, and I couldn’t get a soon appt from any AC company. Fire n ice responded super quick to my request, gave me an immediate appointment, & were super friendly! Jason gave me a heads up before arriving, came on time, was respectful and attentive, fixed everything quickly and gave us guidance for future maintenance!! I had put off calling an AC company because I was afraid of the cost; but Jason from Fire n Ice was so generous and the bill was super affordable! I now have a favorite AC company I can *trust* and rely on!

We had them relocate two A/C condensers which required changes to the electrical and refrigerant lines in addition to having the system charged. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

I love this company. We highly recommend Fire N Ice.My home warranty sends horrible contractors and don’t want to stand behind their obligations. I contacted Fire N Ice and they were so friendly and accommodating. It was during the triple digit heat wave and were extremely busy but squeezed me in and sent a crew out to check out our AC system. For over a month they went above and beyond to try and keep our old unit operable through the heatwave but eventually had to replace it. Everyone from the women in the office to the different service guys that we dealt with were extremely nice and understanding. We appreciate all of them. They are honest and compassionate. We had a superior experience. The representative, Jason arrived early after confirming I was home. He analyzed the situation and fixed my unit at a very reasonable price and I will use Fire & Ice in the future. He did a great job!
