They only sell to C20 contractors, don’t bother. I wanted to purchase a B-vent cap for a pipe sticking out on the roof, they denied me service. Just leave a sign outside saying “we do not serve the general public - C20 license needed.”

They did me shady. One guy was doing my bill. Then Karen was being nosy and started asking me all kinds of ?s. Then denied selling me a motor cause I didn't have a C20. I've bought stuff there before without a C20. Ill never go back
