Excellent service from beginning to end! Started our estimate with David. Explained all details of ac unit. David and his team were very professional, trustworthy and the installers did a immaculate job installing our new ac unit. They also corrected our ductwork that was installed improperly by another company. Would definitely recommend this company and we are so happy with our new ac and their service. Both technicians were very courteous and arrived ahead of schedule. The work was completed in a timely manner and after the thermostat was installed they checked to make sure it was working for the heater and the condenser. Great service, thank you Fire N Ice Heating and Air Conditioning

My only complaint is that the invoice does not itemize costs. It only shows a final amount so you can not tell how much you pay for labor vs parts. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Today technicians arrived early! What a relief! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. They were also very careful to show me what was wrong with the unit before fixing it. I also appreciate the fact that they came out so quickly because we have been having a heatwave lately. Highly recommend.

David Huard provided a quick estimate to replace our 25 year old home A/C unit (that was on its last leg) and had the most competitive price compared to several other local contractors, especially considering the highly rated brand they use (American Standard). He also made scheduling/setup and payment a breeze. They were available to start almost immediately!

Our installers (Davon and Jazan) were amazing. They were punctual, friendly, professional, safe, knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, clean/tidy, and quick! We couldn’t have asked for more.

I especially appreciate Davon’s attention to detail. When he came to take a look at our existing equipment (during the time we were getting quotes), he was the ONLY contractor to point out specific things that none of the other contractors noticed/pointed out. He also suggested a couple of improvements (again, that none of the other contractors did) that ended up working out great.

Jason came by to check one of our ducts that are not connected to the wall. He provided great advice and will be helping to get it fixed. While he was here, he was also very generous to check our AC vent that was week. He realized it was a damper that was closed and helped open it up and get it flowing well again.

I used Fire N Ice at my house and was so happy with them I use them at my job now. We're going to start using them for our industrial property rentals as well. These people were amazing. We had one company come out for a bid and they tried to sell us two new units and an interior system which was going to run us 35k to 50k. Fire N Ice came out and fixed our A/C, and fixed what the previous company said they couldn’t all for a fraction of the price. This company is honest and trustworthy. They will not try and upsell you and will fix your problem if it’s possible. I had two company’s tell me my unit could not be fixed yet I sit here cooled by the unit Fire N Ice fixed. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They will be your first and last stop for any HVAC needs.
