The tech Corey called to let me know he’d be at our home in an hour and he was on time. Diagnosed the situation and informed me of what was needed as well as when I’d hear from someone to set up an appointment for the actual repair. So far so good

We have used this company twice and both times they were right on time knew what the problem was quickly and saved us money. Our A/C unit was cleaner when they left. They are extremely nice and polite

They go the extra mile, do great work at a reasonable price, and schedule the maintenance with the tenant to make it more convenient. Been using them for years.

I called Fire N Ice and they came out the next morning. Dalton and Mario responded and they were very professional and resolved the issue in 1/2 hour and had my AC fixed and working again

Jason, Daniel and Josue were awesome! They came first thing in the morning and were here all day barely taking a break. They worked their tails off and even offered to pick my kids and I up lunch! Jason explained everything to me and made it a real easy process. It was a one day install and by the end of the day we had a great heater that didn't sound like our house was going to explode. I call the company from a referral and deal with David great customer service, i had them replace my whole hvac system, everything David said about how the job was going to be it did, on time best price, very professional wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

In this review, I’m telling you what to look for and what to avoid because HVAC can be a huge expense and finding a good company to work with is a chore:

So we knew we needed to get our aging HVAC system replaced at some point because it’s hot as hell out here and we’re not trying to get left without AC in the summer, you know?

So we started getting quotes from a few different companies. Just so you know, many HVAC companies will send you a “Comfort Specialist” who knows how to sell you an HVAC system but doesn’t actually deal with installing or fixing HVAC, so for some quotes, the “Comfort Specialist” never even bothered to look in our attic. Not a great sign.

However, David Huard from Fire & Ice looked up there and even caught some things that other companies didn’t see. He also was patient in communicating with us through the decision process.

Still, we were on the fence because a competitor was offering us some seemingly deep discounts and rebates, but when I looked them up, the reviews were that they were great at selling and installing HVAC and terrible at coming back when there were problems. No, thank you.

I chose Fire & Ice because they were more knowledgeable and according to reviews, their level of service didn’t stop after the system was installed.

The systems were installed by Daniel & Tyrone who were incredibly professional, considerate, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were super at setting up a clean workspace and not leaving any dust behind. The new units are much quieter and more efficient, which is great because, man, utilities are raising their rates!

Finally, I was glad to have a company that stands by their work. My husband asked that they come back to make some aesthetic changes to the installation, and David made sure to get it taken care of to his standards ASAP. I can honestly say I wholly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

From the time the appointment was set to the service call was completed we received professional and great customer care/service.
