Allianz Heating & Air

Thank God I was there for my mom who was about to get taken advantage. Now I have heard that alliance heating and air is under new ownership but I'm not certain, however they told my mom that there was
carbon monoxide leaking a substantial amount and that she needed to replace her furnace at $7,000. There was absolutely no carbon monoxide leaking. What can you say other than they're liars thief's and preying on the elderly and it's criminal

Called Alliance first time using their service but was told by other companies my wall heater needed to be replaced no questioned ask. after being told it couldn't be repaired and needed a new one for $1, 995.00 I called Allianz for a second opinion and boy was i happy when they sent out Dan. Dan found the issue immediately repaired and Maintenace it and the total was $175. Hands down there the most and honest and my go to company in Redding. from now on......Thank Allianz very honest service

Just received the best customer service! Technician Dan not only called ahead to inform me that they will be early but was able to assess and fix my air-conditioning problem without nickel and dining me or trying to sell me additional parts. He took the time to show and explain exactly what the issue was, and had my office cooling off in no time. I highly recommend Dan and the team at Allianz Heating & Air. I will be using them again in the future.

We are very happy with Allianz. Our HVAC broke down over the weekend, right at the beginning of 100+ temps. The technician, Dan, came out and quickly replaced the motor. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly, and explained everything he was doing. We found the repair cost reasonable. We highly recommend Allianz! Thank, you, Dan!

12-31-22 I couldn't figure out how to write a separate review, so I am tagging on the old one. We are very pleased with the service we received from Allianz. Our heat pump broke about a week ago; Allianz came out the day I called to walk us through the options and schedule us for a new HVAC installation, since it was clear the entire unit would need to be replaced. Jason and the crew came out yesterday to install everything, and we were impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Jason explained everything and answered all of our questions. Our house is now more comfortable and more energy efficient! Thanks, Jason, and thank you Allianz!

Dan came out to the house twice and did a great job with a repair and maintenance. Allianz was responsive, organized, and arrived on-time. I've now got a unit that looks like new (it's 10 years old) and functions beautifully. Allianz has always done good work for us.

I had issues with my furnace and called Allianz. They have been amazing. Our technician Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He worked very quickly and got our issues diagnosed and fixed. Carrie at the front office was very friendly and communicated well. I had to shop around, I called other air-conditioning companies and found Allianz was the one for me . It true you get what you pay for, the job was done to spec. All the ducks were checked and fixed. They were pressure tested. And the county inspections was singed off. Crossed all the T and dotted all the I, sure you can go to someone else but remember you get what you pay for. Good craftsman ship is hard to find but at Allianz they have it all.
It was a pleasure meeting you and doing business with you. We're cool and content. At 110 is no sweat, we're at 78.

I was fortunate enough to have them show up on the same day I called them. They got my home on the schedule for the next week to install a new system. Jay and Jace? were my installers. They got the job done by mid afternoon. So far so good. I would recommend.
