Allianz Heating & Air

We have been extremely happy with all our dealings with Allianz Heating and Air. In the past when we needed repair work done, they responded in a very timely manner and quickly solved the problem. They never tried to sell us a new hvac system even though ours was quite old. Finally after our last repair visit, we decided it was time to replace our 28 year old hvac system. They thoroughly explained what would be best for our situation and prepared an estimate that seemed fair and competitive. We can't say enough good things about the installers. It was a 2 day process, and they were extremely professional and hard-working, always being careful to work cleanly and not damage anything in the process.
Their customer service is top-notch. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. They put together all the forms and information we needed for our REU rebate which was a BIG help! There was even a "post-service" surprise. We highly recommend Allianz for all your heating and air needs!

These guys are the absolute best in town. They installed A/C as well as duct work and a new furnace in our little 1950s house. The price was more than fair and the craftsmanship and professionalism of their guys was top notch. I couldn’t be happier!

First time with Allianz and I have nothing but good things to say. Surprisingly upfront and don't beat around the bush which I appreciate. For my wallets sake, thankfully it was only a blown fan motor. Since I had to work someone was here in my stead and they said that Dan showed up on time, worked quickly and was very professional. Won't hesitate to call them again.

I had a new a/c package unit installed including new vents, ducts and thermostat and the techs, TJ & Duke, where exceptional! They where punctual and clean. TJ was very patient with all my questions and took extra time to show me, a senior, how to work the hi tech thermostat. I would highly recommend this company. Martin, the owner, was fantastic at explaining the system and gave us several different options that would work for our home. Thank you Allianz!!

MIchael did preventative maintance on our air conditioning unit today. He is very professional, was on time and did an excellent job. VERY IMPRERSSIVE!!! The price was less than we thought it would be. Last December James from Allianz repaired our heater/furnance, again outstanding. I will not use another Heating and Air Conditioning company. On a scale of 1 to 10 they both were 100++.

We are extreemly happy with Allianz Heating and Air. Everyone on their staff is great! They even provided us with a loaner portable unit intill installation of our new system. I just cannot say enough about their professionalism, kindness, and compassion (during the intense heat of summer).

During our last snow storm, our central heat went out. Allianz came out within 45 minutes and did the repair and saved us from a cold night. I have used them in the past and found them to be honest and dependable. They have a customer for life!!

Called for an estimate, got put on hold. Told the girl what I needed and she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and had me explain the entire situation before agreeing with me that I did know what I was talking about. Then acted like it was gonna be tough to get someone to come out for the estimate (I was just asking them to come get it done.) Then she tells me they have to do the estimate. Would be next week and warned me it would be early AM. (Perfect!) Then told me it’s $80 to come give an estimate and that doesn’t go towards the repairs. Not sure why I need to pay an extra $80 when I know what I want done? No thanks

Moved into our house the end of June and decided I wanted a preventive on the HVAC called Allianz because of the strong positive reviews. Scheduled a tech to come out in a couple of days when looking at the unit he noticed a bad disconnect and the unit was half a LB low on refrigerant he also noticed there was a crack in the heat exchanger on the forced air heat side.i had him fix the disconnect and get the refrigerant topped off and he disabled the forced air heat due to safety issues. At no time did he pressure me into putting in a new replacement. HVAC will need replaced due to heat exchanger I will use Allianz for all my air & heating repairs. Professional courtesy and awesome service. And a side note other contractors I've talked to about Allianz has been positive.

Owner Martin Graeff has always gone out of his way to be thorough in his explanations of what needs to be done and I trust his judgement and recommendations. Allianz has been my go to heating and service company since he first opened his doors for business.
