Prompt service, they actually got back to me in a timely manner & got me on their schedule the day after I called. The service technician located my problem, repaired it & I had cool air blowing within 30 minutes! Great job! I would highly recommend this service! Thank you Allianz heating & air!

I have used Allianz for a couple of years. They are very timely with the up keep of the appliances. When I had problems with changing my AC filter they came right away. Most of my problems are with the thermostat due to my lack of understanding how to set time etc. I call and they come out the same day. Very pleased with this company.

Jason and his crew removed an antique cooling system at our home and installed a sophisticated new system. They arrived every day on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the debris from their work at the end of each day, were extremely pleasant to work with, tolerated our ever-present three dogs, provided us ongoing status reports on the progress of their work, completed their installation well within the time they had reserved, and left us with a fine new heating/air conditioning system. We're very pleased to have chosen Allianz to do the work.

Our air conditioner and heater were working fine, but at 20 years old, we decided to get a quote from Martin, owner of Allianz Heating & Air, Inc., in Redding CA to replace the A/C unit and the heater. (Before it quit on it's own!) The quote was fair and reasonable. Install dates were agreed upon and on July 6th, 2021, Martin and two installers, JASON and Franklin arrived exactly on time. The scope of the work was reviewed with us, JASON and Franklin, by Martin. With all of us on the 'same page', JASON and Franklin began removal of the old system and installation of the new MUCH QUIETER RUUD system. On day one, the new A/C system was up and running. Day two, the heater components were installed. JASON and Franklin treated our home as it was their own and did a fantastic job of installing everything and job site cleanup. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks later, two other installers from Allianz (Drew & Tanner) arrived to finish a couple of minor details and we could not be more pleased with everyone at Allianz. The office staff kept us informed of install dates as well as the other details that are important to the customer. We highly recommend Allianz for your HVAC needs. WOW! These guys are the best!! A wrong number led us to the best experience having our old heating system replaced & new AC added. Martin, the owner, came himself to give us the estimate. We were so impressed with him, that we trusted our instincts & sought no others. JT & Jason were the techs that did the install. They were so very professional, timely, knowledgeable & thorough. A true pleasure to have them around! We live in Shingletown & it's not always easy to get services done up here but, this experience was more than we could have hoped for! Michael the Service Manager showed up on time and within minutes identified the problem with my AC. He fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. Going forward, Allianz will be my choice for any heating and AC work. I highly recommend this business!

Owner Martin gives you all the deails you want without pressure. He is very responsive. The price is good, much lower than others. The installers, TJ and Jason, arrived on time, were professional, and did geat work with high quality. I've been very happy with Allianz from the start.

Was so thrilled with the service and results from Allianz!! The technician, Cody who came was very knowledgeable and polite. We had had another heatihg and air company come the day before to assess what the problem was with our furnace, but they were unable to help us. But Cody was able to figure out what was wrong very quickly and fix it right on the spot! What a relief it was to know we weren't going to need a new furnace! Highly recommend Allianz!!
