    Ed and his team were so professional and made sure our job was done right. They installed our AC and fixed some ducts that had issues and were very responsive to questions we had about our AC after it was installed. We recommend them highly for your AC needs.

    FIVE STARS!!!! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Ed (the owner) and Daniel of EZ Breezy Heating & Air were able to come diagnose my AC within a matter of hours, which had stopped working on a record heat day. They arrived quickly and were able to identify the issue within minutes. As a first time homeowner, I am not well versed in the components of our AC unit, but Ed and Daniel were patient and kind in explaining any and all questions we had (believe me- we had a lot)! They went above and beyond to provide an affordable solution to our issue. We won’t hesitate to utilize them for all of our heating and AC needs in the future.     Glen saved the day today on our AC compressor and got the house nice and cool in no time. I have an autoimmune disease that makes me very sensitive to prolonged periods of heat- so this was so wonderful that they were able to come out the same day I called in the middle of summer.
    Glen was very helpful and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone. I’m saving them in my go-to list for services!

    The crew that came and installed our new AC system were absolutely fantastic. They were very professional and efficient. Finished installing the entire system in one day. It was also a very hot day and they had excellent customer service and poise. They stayed afterwards and answered all of our questions. Amazing service, awesome crew.

    I called Ez Breezy in a panic at 3:30 PM on a Saturday. I had messed up installing a smart thermostat and needed to get it fixed. By 4 PM, Ed was over, without judgement, and knew exactly what was wrong. My system is a little odd and he was able to quickly figure out how to add the new thermostat. He also gave me some great advice on a few other questions I had. I am definitely recommending them to everyone that needs to fix something before their significant other finds out.

    I use a Nest thermostat in lieu of the dumb Honeywell thermostat installed in my apartment unit. I recently moved units within the same apartment complex and the Nest heating was not working in the new unit though the setup was essentially the same as the old unit - heating was sending out cold air!

    I assumed it was a C wire issue and hence got some battery operated smart thermostats to test, but still the same issue.

    Kind of stuck, I sent out requests for quotes to a few businesses. Ed was the one of the first to respond and instead of the usual system of quotation and appointment, immediately got me in touch with one of his technicians (Glen) over the phone. The consultation over the phone he told was free of cost!! I assumed it would be a basic consultation but Glen went above and beyond over the phone and text.

    Glen immediately told me it was not a C wire problem and asked me to send pictures of the Honeywell and Nest thermostats wiring. He then confirmed there was no issue with the wiring. They provided me with quick appointment options including for today (a Saturday) in a few hours - which I again didn't expect!

    I set up an appointment. I then started thinking about what Glen and I discussed over the phone (if you can't tell by now, I love debugging technical issues :)). Then it struck me if the heating and cooling were some how flipped - I had not tried cooling for greater than a minute before in the new unit (as it's winter right now). And indeed it was the case! I then flipped the cooling and heating wires (white wire to Y and yellow wire to W) on the thermostat and everything worked :) I still don't understand why it did, but my issue was resolved.

    So, I told Ed to cancel the appointment and asked to leave Glen a tip for his help. They did not want the tip as well!

    I cannot recommend Ed, Glen and Ez Breezy enough. They are super prompt, polite, really helpful, and for some reason that I don't understand :) provide free consultation over phone to try and resolve your issue instead of setting up a paid visit right away.

    They definitely have a customer for life for any future HVAC issues I run into.

    It is important we all support small businesses, especially in the current times we live in - look no further than Ez Breezy for your HVAC needs.

    Update:
    I ended up having trouble with my thermostat again after my self resolution described in the previous review. This time I set up an appointment with Ed. They showed up on time, were very professional and solved a complex issue with the wiring perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough for all HVAC needs!

    After seeing the poor condition of the compressors (they were 21 years old) and the chewed up wires (due to rodents), I decided to replace the condenser units. Doing the job right was the most important thing for me, and they did an outstanding job. They are clearly experts. Their service and communication was very responsive, timely, accurate and complete. Service was super fast - I started the Angi search process on Friday, and they had completed replacing the units by Monday afternoon.

    I called Ez Breezy on one of the hottest days of the year in So Cal when my AC wasn't working well. Ed, the owner, responded to my residence the next day which was Labor Day.     Ed was great coming out the same day! He was able to send a technician the next day to fix our problem on the air conditioner. Thank goodness cause it was 94 degrees outside. We are very happy with Ez Breezy! I would highly recommend this company!
