From first call through installation I have found the team to be responsive, honest, on time, and skilled. I got other bids, but only Glen actually took the time to discuss all my options and let me select what I wanted without a hard sell. I had mistakenly thought since house wasn't built w ducts, split system was the only option. Glad I was wrong, but no one else explained that.

After I made the choice to have Ez Breezy install my new system, I asked them for a second opinion at a rental property where I was quoted over $1,000 with push to refurbish an existing AC system following tune up. Glen advised system was in great order and expected several more years of life.

I wish all companies I deal with could be like EZ Breezy. They were quick, professional and all around easy to deal with. Their quotes were also very reasonable, compared to the big companies that advertise on TV.

From the moment I called and spoke with Ed, I experienced fabulous service. Ed took the time to explain what was going on with my ancient AC and explained why a repair might not be the best option. Our unit was 32 years old, and an expensive repair was not worth it. Ed came the next day to take a look in person and give me the cost to replace. I felt he was very upfront and honest and did not try to upset anything. They weee able to get me in for install the very next day. Today, Vlad and another gentleman came to install. They were quick and respectful. He took the time to show me the new systems and explain the new thermostat. I could not be happier with their service!

Ez Breezy showed up on time, always kept me posted as to who the technician would be and when he would arrive.
Their representative, Dina, quoted me thousands of dollars less for a mini split than a well known company I had been using for years.
The quote was for the exact same system, with the exact same warranty.
It was very important to have the system installed on the day we agreed upon and when they went to pick up the unit, they discovered it was damaged. Ed, the owner personally drove three hours in order to bring an undamaged unit.
Anton and Vlad who installed it were efficient, professional and friendly. It was done in less time than they estimated and this included dismantling my old system and taking all the parts down through a small hole from the attic crawl space.
I intend to use Ez Breezy in the future for servicing my other two AC/Heating units and highly recommend them to anybody.

I purchased a new HVAC system from Ez Breezy in March 2021. I called EZ Breezy to schedule a maintenance check-up of my HVAC system (Heat & AC). Anton was our technician. He was very thorough and professional. He changed the air filter, cleaned standing debris, checked for any leaks, ran complete checks of the furnace, A-Frame AC, condenser, freon levels, temperature levels from each register. I feel comfortable knowing that our system is in tip-top running condition as we enter into the "HOT" summer months.

Really fantastic service. Ed is very responsive and got someone out to the house in just a few days. Technician showed up within the blocked time and then took his time taking care of the problem.

Second service (different problem) - Just as good as before, maybe even better. Service was fast and professional. Issue was resolved quickly.
