First I would like to say when I asked for a quote, I was asked about my breaker and fuses. Every other company only responded with a flat rate(which was more than my whole bill with EZ Breezy Heating & Air) to come out and take a look at my system to see what the problem was. I appreciated that they did not want me to waste my time or money if my issue was an easy fix. They were able to have a tech come out the very next day of me contacting them, which was fortunate since it's so hot. Glen was the tech that came out and he was very professional, and was patient with me while he explained what my issue was. He had my AC repaired in under an hour, and he gave me a walkthrough on how to change my vent filter and instal a new thermostat. Every step of the way this company avoided wasting my time and money. I highly recommend this company and Glen for their honesty and professional quality work!

Ed and his whole crew (special thanks to Glen and Vlad!) were always professional, courteous and prompt. Coincidentally roughly 2 weeks after they did the job we had a leak in a drain pipe outside and we called EZ Breezy to see if they would come inspect in case it was somehow related to the work that was done. They were incredibly responsive and the tech who had done the job was going to swing by even though he knew from our description it was not related to the HVAC and he was fairly certain it was a water heater. The leak did turn out to be a neighbor's water heater and we didn't need him to stop by but the fact that he offered to follow up in case he could assist in any way means so much! We plan on using this company for all our future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

I called Ez Breezy at 8:45am and asked them to come and take a look at my AC unit. By 9am my appointment confirmation with Ed was sent to my email. They were able to squeeze me into their 12-3 slot that same day. By 12:30pm, my AC unit had been repaired and was already starting to cool off the house. These guys saved me from suffering miserably in a hot house in the middle of summer in Poway.

Dima is amazing. Not only were they prompt and quick to come out when we were having A/C issues but they spent several hours trouble shooting the problem on the fly. The time and care they spent really analyzing the problem cannot be underestimated. Fabulous service and so professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent service, incredible fast response and very fair on price. At a time like this, during a heat-wave, I fully expected long delays for someone to come help but it was the complete opposite and there was a technician onsite in less than 2 hours. I choose this company for the free estimate for repairs. Dima came over and took a look at our system. He was very professional and explaining the possible issues we have going on. At the end of the assessment he found nothing actually wrong with the system but we needed to clear the intake, change the filter (we had a extra one and Dima installed it) and change the battery of thermostat (Dima helped with that also). Dima was a great tech and will be definitely be in touch with this business for future AC issues.

Great service from Ez Breezy. They came at the scheduled time and began working right away. The technicians are very respectful and efficient. They cleaned up as if they were not even here. Fabricio called as soon they were done ask ask about how everything went and later in the evening Ed called to follow-up on how our installation went. Of coarse I told him how great everything went. Now that's customer service when you get a call later to ensure you were taken care of. I highly recommend this company and will definitely share my experience with my friends and neighbors. I rarely ever do any reviews but Ed is such a pleasure to deal with that I really wanted others to know about what a true professional he and his team are - people like this are very rare indeed and it's better to have them in your tool box of #pros and not need them, than to need them and not know them - trust me! 👍
I needed to install a new furnace to replace a 40-year-old furnace. I received great service throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with the pricing, scheduling, and the service work. Ed worked with me and provided me with a simple and honest quote and was available directly through phone calls to answer my questions.
In terms of scheduling, they were the quickest compared to other companies I talked to, who sometimes were just too busy to care they were telling me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to schedule. I decided to go forward with Ed, he was able to schedule the installation of a new furnace on the same day!!! 😃
The installers came right on time, were polite, and very professional. They performed an awesome job of installation! It took a few hours and everything looked very clean and they even vacuumed up the floor were they worked. They set up my new smart thermostat and showed me how to use it. Ed and his assistant came out and provided the first of four estimates. He measured all vent registers and explained in detail what the job would entail. He provided good answers to all my questions and concerns and delivered a fair price quote. I was able to used the information he provided to assess the remaining contractor teams that provided quotes. On the day of the work, his team showed up early and began the job. Ed was available to answer questions all along the way and to resolve a minor problem that was encountered. His team provided excellent workmanship and cleaned up well for themselves at the conclusion. I would rate this business as ten stars!

A New HVAC installation was done.
The only improvement is to better explain the programming or install a better programmable controller. Also the first guy inspecting the system mentioned a list of things needed to be done, including a re-routing of a water connection to the heater , a minor issue, was not done). All the people who came to diagnose, explain the remedies, installing and supervising were first class. Highly recommended.
