My technician, Ron Riggs, was extremely professional in his technical capabilities, quality of work, and general demeanor. I've been concerned the entire pandemic about having a contractor in the home to do work but I knew this was a job I couldn't handle myself. He wore booties to keep my floors clean and was fully masked the entire time. The job went over the initial estimate of 2 hours; but I could tell he was doing everything he could to complete it soonest while ensuring all the work was done correctly. Bottom line, Bill Howe is not the cheapest contractor in town, but I rate it as the best value. Get it done right the first time, works good, lasts a long time. A+++. I will definitely be using them again and I will ask for Mr.Riggs specifically.

We had an unexpected water leak under our home. Call several plumbers, and none were available for at least a week. UGH! Edgar Alba, from Bill Howe, was instrumental in providing not only a fair, comprehensive quote for the water damaged (done by a pipe busting in my townhome) but he also made sure all work was completed as expected... actually he went above and beyond in his work. I could not be happier with the service we received from Bill Howe. We had an issue with our kitchen sink on Mother’s Day, they arrived within two hours, they fixed the problem right away and the serviceman was so incredibly nice. The price was fair, and I will for sure be calling them anytime I have an issue. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful business in this community!
