I called EZ Breezy and Fabricio sent Dan out same day. He diagnosed a faulty/old control board which I was able to get on Amazon. Then Fan came back out and swapped the board, tested it and putt a overflow sensor on the condensate line in an hour. They do quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend using EZ Breezy HVAC over any of the big companies. I will be using them for all of my needs.

I called during the September 2022 heat wave taking San Diego by storm. I knew 100% that our Capacitor went out. (Thank you google and YouTube!) I was panicked. I knew everyone would be weeks out to help. As a military spouse who’s husband is about to leave and a mother of 4 I couldn’t go another night without the AC. I called EZ and was connected immediately with a person who told me they would probably be able to fit me in. With a few text messages back and forth I was then booked an appointment, and told a employee would be reaching out before they are on the way. When I got the text I was beyond excited! “ yes!!! They are coming I’m never taking AC for granted ever again!” Dan cam in. Immediately handed me his card to show that he was an employee with EZ and we showed him our AC unit in our backyard. He was able to confirm the issues, repair them and even recommended different thing to do maintenance wise. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I could not talk more highly of this business and Dan! Thank you! Again!!

I chose EZ Breezy to complete some repairs for our HVAC system to improve air circulation. I researched several different companies in the area and EZ Breezy was the only one that agreed to come provide a quote at no charge. Dima from their team did a great job identifying the issues and providing a detailed recommendation. He also answered a few follow-up questions to reassure me that the repairs would solve our issue. Dima came back to complete the repairs and was very professional with his communications and service. I also made a mistake with my HVAC system after the repair and Ed from EZ Breezy went above and beyond to resolve my issue, even though it was my fault. From my experience, this company is very honest and genuinely cares about making their customers happy. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Ed responded within a minute of our emergency call and showed up in less than 20 minutes to the house in Escondido for a full repair and an estimate on a new energy efficient units. This is finally a business that is so refreshing to encounter on having the by far best work ethics I've seen and dealt with. Ed and his team really treat you like family from the minute you contact them to the finished project at an amazing speed and accuracy of an amazing g work. Our A/C went down around 9:30pm, (still a lovely 82 degrees outside) & I placed several calls early next morning in hopes of getting someone out soon before the real heat hit during the day. No one could make it out. I looked for something close & decided to call EZ Breezy Heating & Air & was thrilled they gave me an appointment window today! Dima showed up at the early part of that window & was so personable, kind, & professional. He was able to get our system back up, cooling things down quick! He gave me great tips to use during these hot months to keep things running smoothly & consistently. I am ever so grateful for Dima & EZ Breezy Heating & Air. I called late on a Thursday night, was able to speak to a real person. They had me text my info to them and Dan called me back right away. He came to my house the following day. I can’t say enough about the great service we received today. Dan was Very knowledgeable, professional, on time and solved a difficult problem.

Dan was right on time, gave updates through messaging, added refrigerant and now everything is back up & running! Great service and looking forward to use them again. Also, they were the ONLY ones to respond almost immediately (after 5 pm) after requesting service through “Angi”. So I’m very happy with what they did for me and my family. 100% recommended!

Ez Breezy Heating and Air Inc. we’re so great to work with. We reached out via Yelp and heard back immediately. They were able to come out the next day to view our project and give us a quote. They came out the following Monday, cleaned our existing ducts and vents and installed a new heat and AC unit in our spare bedroom. The whole process took less than 4 hours, the crew was on time, professional, wore masks, and were very clean. We’ll be using them again if we need anything else for heating and air and would recommend this company!

We want to have a new furnace installed. Looked on Yelp, and got quotes from three companies that have a lot of reviews, almost all 5 star. EZ Breezy was one. All three quotes were in the same general range. For c couple of reasons, we preferred EZ Breezy, so at 5PM on a Friday, I accepted their quote, online. 10 minutes later, I got an email, thanking me, and asking if the unit could be installed at 8AM the next morning. The installers showed up right on time, were polite and professional, and had everything up and running in a little over 2 hours. Highly recommend this company!

Dima from EZ Breezy came by today and fixed my AC. He was very thorough and informative. Price was also reasonable. He also gave some recommendations to consider for the future which I really appreciated because our Heating and air conditioning system is old and was already present when we moved in. I appreciated the information because it gives me something to think about and plan for. I was very happy with the service provided and I will definitely use EZ Breezy and I will ask for Dima again if he's available, if I ever have any AC or heating issues. Thank you!
