Ed came out to address an issue our tenant reported. Turned out there was no problem, But Ed took the time to explain to me and the tenant what was going on and that it was just too hot and the building to old to efficiently retain cooling. He was punctual, patient, professional and honest... when i offered to pay for his time he declined. But i got his card for the next time. We own significant real estate holdings so when we meet good contractors we dont let them get way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is the best A/C company I have dealt with while looking for a replacement of a Furnace, coil and central unit. Ed Akel, the owner took the time to explain and answer all my questions. He is very honest, Knowledgeable and accurate. He sent me his crew less and in less than 24h , Alex and Divan were able to fire up the furnace and test all the new heating an cooling system. They are highly skilled, organized and accurate.

My recent concern was addressed immediately. Unfortunately the issue of concern didn't occur while the repairmen were here. We were advised to continue to monitor this problem and keep in touch. This company was amazing. Ed was super responsive, came out the next day for a free quote- and within two days our new AC and heater were in. The two people who installed the units were very professional, clean and conscientious. I highly recommend this company.

Yesterday it was 101 degrees and we were so happy that Ed Akel came out quickly & on-time to fix our air-conditioning. We have an old air compressor, but you quickly found the problem with a capacitor & burned-out fuse. Our AC was running in no time. Unlike some companies that would say that you need to do an expensive replacement because it is old and they won’t even come out to check the problem without paying $85 up front. And for a small part like a fuse, you didn’t even charge us, that’s wonderful & unexpected. Also your workers are just as knowledgeable & dedicated to giving good service. We have a 2nd AC unit which needed replacement in the past and you did an excellent job. We are very happy with the work & service from your company and recommend it highly to anyone.

My unit went out in the worst possible time. I called around and had a few estimates that were unreal, I decided to go for another estimate and what a blessing it was to have EZ Breezy come out to my house and give me an estimate. Ed came out within 2 hour, he took care of the issue right away which was not at all what the other company said it was. Ed saved us thousands of dollars. Ed you and your company have our loyalty forever. People do not waste your time on other companies call and ask for Ed. Ed came out was polite professional diagnose the problem and did not try to take advantage of the situation that we were in. Best experience I have ever had. Ed, the owner and technician and his assistant were the best.aftrr 21/2 hours. the problem was diagnostic and repaired. I am 94 years old. Had many home repairs and unequivocally my experience with Ed was certainly above a nd beyond anything I had ever experienced. I unhesitatiny unequivocally recommend his service. Thank you again Ed.
