Water heater inspection done by Jesus was thorough and with full explanation of issues. Replacement options given with complete estimates. Questions were answered. We were impressed with his knowledge and friendliness.

John is very professional and understanding. He is very clear and honest in his service and there were no surprises. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands by their quote and commitment. Thanks John! Because of him we signed up 7 properties under the maintenance contract.

Our service tech, Amber, was excellent!!! She was well trained and diagnosed our heater problem accurately. Her communication skills were top notch. Friendly with a smile. She returned the next morning as promised with the proper part. We are now toasty warm. Service Champions should be proud to have Amber on their team. She represents you well...

Every part of our new heating and air conditioning experience has been excellent. From the initial service visit to evaluate the systems in two houses we purchased over the last 3 years, to the estimate process where Bob used his 30 years of experience with the company to plan and design solutions for us, to the actual day of installation(s) we were impressed and appreciate all the hard work. The individuals all were well trained and a delight to work with. All communication was relevant and positive . This company has our thumbs up in every way!!

After our furnace was installed, they had to reschedule for thermostat installation. It is nearly two months, no matter how many times you call I get the same answer "Someone will call you back" and never hear from them until you call again. Rinse and repeat!!!

We have an older system and parts were difficult to find but Adam our technician was AMAZING! Very helpful and informative... he kept us posted on every step! I will be using Champion Heating for all our HVAC needs.
