As always, Service Champions is the best of the best. Jeff Wiseman, our tech, was personable and maximally competent--going beyond what was expected, offering to help us with any other tasks like changing out-of-reach lightbulbs while he was here with his tools and ladders! Had a new central heating /ac installation today. I thought there was four technicians, but only two techs did the whole installation. I thought it was going to be a couple of days. These professionals did a clean and awesome job in about 8-9 hrs, replacement of everything.Nam and his coworker (didn't get his name) where super informative through the whole install, when I asked. When all was said and done. They gave me a tutorial of the whole system. My family and I are super happy not having to wonder if the system is going to work or not. Awesome job Service Champion 🏆👏👍

Tune up air conditioner and check furnace. Zac Zimmer was awesome guy. Went through everything with me. He was not on your technician list? Great service 5 Stars.

David arrived on time and got right to the task. He found that the assessment of the gentleman that said we needed repairs was in error and that there was no need to replace either of the two parts. He spoke with his boss and agreed that we should not be charged for t h e Service call. Definitely a company that when and If our air conditioner needs service I r repair Service Champiobs is the company that will get our business.

Our service technician, Prawit, did an excellent job in troubleshooting and updating our heating system. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable about our system. Did an outstanding job installing a new heater and new duct work. I was amazed at the detail and work put into installing our new Lennox system. It took a good 10 to 11 hours to install, unlike the previous service company did when they installed a Lennox system in less than 3 hours. These guys can be trusted to do the job right.

Salvatore came right on time and got right to business. Afterward he explained to me how long my 15 year old A C was expected to last and what I could do to make it last. Will have him again in Fall to check my heater.

Chris H. was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to fix my water heater after it was cracked and leaking. He was very nice and I 10/10 recommend him.

As usual, another top notch human being dropped by my house. While Brandon is cleaning the furnace, I'm sweeping the house. More than once h we asked if there was anything else he could go for me.. did I need any help with anything.. while he was there. These are a great bunch of people!
