Joseph from Service Champions checked my ducts and AC system. He was on time and ensured my system was operating correctly. We also set up a duct estimate since he noticed some leakage during his inspection. Service Champions has been our go to AC/heating company for about 8 years.

What a mess of miscommunication, half truths and taking advantage of my elderly husband.
The guy came out to install a new thermostat: he left his mess on the hall floor! He sold my husband the MVP program after I specifically told him not to - that Tom had memory issues and NOT to sell him anything! He should be fired immediately. After reading other reviews I see that what we were told is not valid. (the cost of the thermostat he put in will go towards the one to go with the new furnace, no free filter, they don’t come 2x year etc)For this reason and abusing my husband’s shortcomings I want to cancel this program.
Tim comes on the scene. A real talker. We bought a new furnace and insulation. After we signed the contract Tim said any cost after would be on the company:
He missed asbestos in plain sight = $1325. More asbestos behind furnace = $500. We reminded him of what he’d said he and his boss agreed to “eat the cost.” Done….except the asbestos co. told us we owed them $1825. Tim never explained that we owed the asbestos company. He assumed we understood that. How can that be especially since he said it was coming out of his company and possibly his own paycheck. ( I gave him a sizable tip bec I felt badly!)
Other than the MVP refund, which we hope to receive, we know we’ll not be refunded anything else; it’s just feels important to tell the consumer to be aware and read the BBB before you make a decision to use this company- we wouldn’t recommend using them. We felt duped.
I was told the Co had replied to this review- don’t see it. They are so phony.

Stephen came out and installed our system professionally, carefully and with patience, explained what he and his partner were doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and by the end of the day our system worked beautifully. The installation looked fantastic and the guys left our garage very neat and clean. I have been using Service Champions for years and have never had a bad experience with any of their service personnel. I joined their MVP program which entails them coming out twice a year to inspect, clean and replace filters as required. This gives us peace of mind, knowing that we’re being taken care of.

Service Champions did an amazing job replacing our exiting heating and air conditioning. They were fast, professional, thorough, polite and our house has never been as evenly warm in every room. The variable speed blower is so quiet that we seldom here it come on and run. We have already recommended Service Champions to our friends.

Service Champion technicians are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. They are accommodating and take the time to explain their findings with any suggested current or potential repairs.

I'm holding off for a while until my current HVAC is no longer functioning. In the meantime, I would like to shower David with high praise. He was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about HVAC features in general, and Lennox products in particular. He was very patient and generous in the amount of time spent with me in going over the various options. Thank you David. Very much appreciated!
