Jasmine who helped us set up the installation date and quote was amazing, friendly and responded quickly when emailed. Thank you to Ben who also came by twice to made sure we had all of our installation questions answered.

Not only did Nick give a VERY accurate guesstimate on time and showed up right on time, he got straight to issue and fixed the problem at hand. I really appreciate the, no BS, approach and diagnosed problem THEN gave me the plans of attack as apposed to just doing things and charging later for.

This rating is for the driver of the truck with license plate ending in 5B2. Exiting the 5 freeway and accelerating to 60 on Magic Mountain Parkway just to beat a row of vehicles to make a right on Old Road, not cool and very dangerous. Crossing solid lines and screeching tires on the turn...liability. In addition to the unnecessarily aggressive driving, the vehicle had no functioning turn signals or brake lights. No brake lights!?! Begging for a rear end lawsuit. Please reeducate the drivers on proper road etiquette and public safety. Again, this is not a rating reflecting the company, but the company should take action before someone gets hurt.

Five Stars for Chad and West Coast. Our heat went out in the middle of a rainstorm. They came the next day and fixed the problem. No fuss, no muss, no "mansplaining", no trying to sell us something we don't need. Chad was professional, clean and quick. We have found (finally) a good HVAC company. Thank you!
