Update: I had an issue a couple months after install, that started at 5 pm of course. I called the after-hours number and they sent Nick right out. He diagnosed and got it working. The next morning he was at my house before 8 to make the repair. I really appreciate the great customer service and the speed getting me up and running again. Nick is awesome!

Thank you Jasmine who arranged our appointment and to Nick who diagnosed our defunct circa 1985 furnace. Nick was very clear as to what steps he recommended for replacement and price quote. Next day great installers Guerrimo and Gary arrived and began dismantling furnace and installing our new replacement. Also making upgrades to duct work and thermostat. Very neat. Great customer service, punctual, affordable. Like clock work. Kudos to all.

West Coast Air did the air conditioning in our new house and did an amazing job. The guys were on time, professional and left the house cleaner than when they got there. Will definitely use them for any AC jobs I have. Ben was fantastic and the install guys were great.

From the initial point of contact with salesperson Letti Anderson who expertly explained the heating and air units to my parents with care and patience she helped them to navigate their decision towards making an investment purchase for their home. She is a wonderful woman who definitely knows what she’s talking about in terms of sales and the processes required for installation. Then along came the incredible working crew consisting of Alex, Guillermo and Nate who expertly executed the job of installing each unit to perfection all the while easing fears and concerns my parents had and helping them to understand the functionality of their purchase. Not only were they extremely hard working but also very communicative and engaging with my parents throughout the system setup. Life in my parents home has changed considerably as a result of their purchase, and in large part we have the team of West Coast Air Conditioning to thank for bringing warmth and comfort to their home. We had West Coast Air Conditioning replace our 30 year old AC/heating system as well as all of the existing ductwork in our attic. Letti was wonderful! She met me the same day I called for a quote and walked me through all of my replacement options. West Coast’s quote came in substantially lower than the other quotes we got. We were on the schedule two days later and were told they would need two days to have everything replaced and in working order. The team that arrived; Alex, Art, Guillermo, Tanner, Andy, Jacob and Gary worked like crazy in the heat to meet their deadline to complete our install. My husband and I were so impressed and grateful for all of their hard work. I highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning, these guys are honest, hard working and quick!

Don't think about calling another air conditioning company!! West Coast has the best the customer service and repair. We called them because our unit was not working and they had their technician Nick out to our home within 1 hour. Nick found the problem and ordered what was needed. Andy and Tannen did the install and they were courteous, helpful and cleaned up after they finished. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

We love these guys! Would recommend to anyone! They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits for part of the house 2 years ago, and the remainder of the house last month. Incredibly good workmanship, left the house cleaner than when they arrived, and extremely courteous. Both systems have worked flawlessly cooling this old 2-story home. Very quiet and barely registers on the electric bill. Thank You, West Coast A/C!

We called West Coast Air Conditioning to check out our air conditioner. It was running but wasn’t getting very cold. They were so responsive and we scheduled an appointment for the very next day! Nick was our service technician and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and gave us his recommendations. He was not at all pushy or trying to up sell us like you might expect with some companies. Nick informed us that our condenser probably could use a good cleaning because of the ash that was produced by the recent fire. Something we never even thought of. He also told us it is best to clean the condenser once a year. Wow that makes total sense to me now. I just didn’t have a clue that was something I should be doing. Nick was very clean and respectful of our home and we are in the middle of the Covid 19 epidemic and Nick was wearing a mask at all times. Our house is now very cool! I actually got cold which is unheard of! We have already recommended this company to our neighbor and friend who are in need of service. Thanks for taking care of us! One happy camper!

West Coast Air was amazing in every aspect. They showed up immediately for the estimate, scheduled the work for the same week, and explained all options thoroughly.
