Our old furnace malfunctioned just before Christmas. We have not had good luck with workmanship of local heating and air contractors so looked a bit out of town. So happy to have found West Coast Air Conditioning. A technician was promptly sent out following day and confirmed our concerns. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. We were informed of all options and were given a very reasonable estimate. The next day installers Guillermo and Gary arrived first thing in morning and did a great install. Both were highly skilled and knew their job. Very neat, clean job, explained everything. They discovered a problem with the last install and made that repair. The install went above and beyond expected. Thank you Guillermo and Gary! We would highly recommend this company.

We recently had West Coast replace our heater and our air conditioner. They were fantastic! First, Letti's estimate was thorough and detailed. The installers (Gary, Frank, Steve, and Jesus) were very professional, careful, neat, and respectful of our home. We highly recommend West Coast!

I recently had central air conditioning installed in my SB home. I spoke with many different contractors that worked in the area. After careful consideration and reviewing the various companies proposals, I decided to hire West Coast Air Conditioning in Ventura. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend them to others.

My positive experience started with my initial conversation with Jasmine setting up an appointment for Letti to provide an estimate. Letti arrived on-time. Her communications throughout the entire process including follow-up were positive, timely and professional.

Letti suggested that the day before the scheduled installation, Nate come by the house to clearly explain the installation process and to ensure we knew what to expect. The following day, Nate, Shaun and Gil showed up on time and were well prepared to complete the installation in 1 day.

The day of installation went extremely well and there were no surprises. The entire crew did an amazing job from Nate’s work on the electrical aspects, to Gil and Shaun’s work on ensuring an unobtrusive display of the wires running from the HVAC system in the attic to the outdoor compressor. At the end of the installation, Gil clearly explained how the new Wi-Fi thermostat worked and made sure, the app was installed properly on our iPhones. In addition, during the installation, Shaun brought to my attention some pre-existing roof repairs I was unaware of that needed to be addressed. This was really appreciated so I can avoid some potential water damage if he had not alert me. All in all, a very impressive process and I would highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning to others interested in adding central air-conditioning.

We needed to replace our 23 yr old heater and saw West Coast trucks servicing our company’s HVAC system. Took a chance and called their number. I spoke with Jazmin, she was very pleasant and very courteous, and told me that Nick (service tech) would be coming to our house to check on our heater. Nick arrived promptly as scheduled, assessed the problem and gave us options. Eventually went with West Coast Air Conditioning and the crew of Guillermo, Andy, and Jake arrived actually 15 minutes early for the appointment. Guillermo and crew explained to me the process and how long it would take. To my surprise, not only did the crew replace the heater (no mess in the house), but they also made some “modifications” that were not part of the initial estimate (no additional cost). I highly recommend West Coast and if our A/C unit needs to be serviced or replaced in the future, I would go with West Coast and request the same crew!

Superb customer service and competitive pricing. I had four different bids and they were the cheapest. I installed a new heater and AC and was nervous but the crew made me feel confident with their professionalism from start to finish. Would recommend.

Nick was extremely helpful and professional in helping me to diagnose the problems with our air conditioning unit over the phone. He didn’t charge me for his time, and he even helped me to get in contact with the providers of our warranty who were not responding to my texts, calls, or emails. Any man who goes out of his way for another human and expects nothing in return is my kind of human being. Extremely happy with my experience with West Coast Air Conditioning. Leti not only provided exceptionally fast and courteous service but she also steered us to a less expensive but better solution for our heating needs. Our house did not have the duct size or the vent space to support the size of the heater that was installed as part of an addition. Instead of just replacing what was there, Leti explained why a smaller (and less expensive) unit was the better option. After also recommending changes to improve the intake vents, we have a new heater that works great and actually much better than the larger old one.

Art and Jesus did a great job installing the new heater which is clearly much more professionally done than the unit that was replaced. They took great care to protect the house and left everything cleaner than when they started.

We're very glad we went with West Coast to repair our furnace. As it turned out the furnace needed to be replaced. Nick was great at diagnosing the situation and carefully explaining our options. Andy and Tannen who installed the new unit were great -- friendly and courteous, as well as doing an excellent job. They were more than fair on the price and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. We will definitely be going back to them next time we need service.

West Coast AC was very professional when I first called fo have my moms AC fixed in Leisure Village. The very knowledgeable Letty came out, appraised the situation and presented us with a smart plan to install a new AC unit & with new ducting as the unit was almost 30 years old. Letty made sure everything went smoothly and the install team were clean and professional. The new AC Unit works great! I would highly recommend West Coast and our electrician who replaced the electrical panel also recommended them and used them to replace his AC unit!

Letti was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She provided us with several options regarding new heat/ac system. Art & Jake did an excellent job of installing the furnace and air conditioner. They also had to replace all ductwork. Everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. Very impressed with the West Coast team & highly recommend them!
