We truly appreciate what West Coast Air Conditioning did for us! Our house was never really set up for a comprehensive air conditioning system. The amount of work these guys did was extensive. All of them have a strong work ethic-from Ben’s intro, to Nate, Alex, Andy, and others’ diligence-displaying professionalism and a clear understanding of our needs. Nate had it figured out and ended up moving the unit around the corner and off the patio. They did a lot more ductwork than expected and we have air coming out in all the right places. We could not be happier (and cooler)!

West Coast was a great experience for us! They were responsive and on time every day and customized a solution for us which has helped our indoor air quality immensely!. Their installation crew were respectful, wore masks, and very Efficient! Special shout out to Nate, Alex, Steven, Jake and Shawn. Highly Recommended!!!

Our 19 year old furnace was acting up over the weekend at our beach house. Nick came over helped us out. Showed us that we were going to need a new furnace in the near future. We decided have a new one installed, Guillermo and Gary, arrived on time and did a great installation. West Coast are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Very Fare. We would highly recommend them.

West Coast AC responded timely to a home AC problem during the recent heat wave. Arturo Tellez listened carefully to my description and he problem solved in a matter of minutes. Art's hands-on experience and professional approach is appreciated, someone I'd call on again when considering a new system. Thank you Art and WCAC.

Our heater stopped turning on at night leaving us a little chilled in the middle of night. We called west coast air and the next day they had someone out to us. Nick (with the fabulous tie) showed up and with in 2 mins was able to find the problem and start working on it. Funny and straight to the point. Hard working (also a veteran.. thank you for your service) guy who was able to give us a quote on air conditioning. When were ready to go through a company and have it installed well definitely be asking Nick to come on by.

After couple other technicians came to troubleshoot our mobile home heater which couldn't turn on, they all suggested for a new heater unit which costs lots of money. With my last attempt to West Coast Air, that came a wonderful technician Chad. He was on time and began his diagnostic right away. He was able to improvise something to turn on the igniter and was successfully get it back online. Chad beats all those older technicians who just can't spend time to troubleshoot and only to sell the newer units. I am strongly recommending Chad from West Coast Air for his professional knowledge to help us with the older unit. Thank you!

I was very happy with West Coast. A friend recommended them to me and they installed the Mitsubishi Ductless Split system in our upstairs. Our upstairs has always been too warm and this fix was wonderful! They did a great job. We are loving this new system.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with West coast air conditioning. They installed a dual zone heating system in my home. Following installation Joaquin been particularly helpful. He was on time for the scheduled service on two occasions. He is courteous , friendly and professional. He quickly found small problems he quickly repaired putting my system back in order.

Extremely happy with the customer service and air conditioning units we received from West Coast Air Conditioning. The residential manager Ben who came to give me a quote, showed up on time as expected and was very knowledgeable in the products they offer. He knew exactly how and what to install in our quirky house. The previous owners left an abandoned furnace in the attic and the addtion they built in 1978 with the living room and master bedroom was built in a way you could not run standard ducting to include those rooms into the main unit. So we ended up with (2) ductless split systems to cool the living room and the master bedroom. These are awesome! You don't have to cool the whole house and they come with remote controls. The crew that came to do the installation was on time and friendly and professional. They didn't mind any of my questions and took time to explain exactly how to control the color touch screen theromstat and the remote controls for the ductless systems. This was one of the bigger investments we have done while remodeling our home, but the great price we received has made our choice well worth it. Not to mention making our lives more comfortable when dealing with the Ojai heat!
