I shared this review on Yelp but I Google everything I figured I’d leave a review here too! I reached out to West Coast for an air conditioning quote. The reviews I saw were all really great. Ben helped me through the whole process. It was so simple from beginning to end. The service techs were so nice and knowledgeable. They left my house clean and when they ran into an issue they called me up and gave me my options. All in all I am very happy with our new AC!

Everyone was outstanding great people Starting with Ben and then Nate, Art and Adam. doing the Install went great they were here 2 days and cleaned up perfectly. And there after install service I have been told is also excellent.

hysteria set in when my ancient furnace gave up.........remembered seeing west coast trucks at the H4H, habitat for humanity site in port hueneme...since found they have been volunteering for 10 years..........
it was with confidence i called.....met with nick, a proud 24 yr. veteran with the u.s. navy......and was in my senior age group.........compassionate , knowledgeable and reassuring...........sent gary the next morning....in a few hours i had a new furnace......saw two employees who excel in every area of their craft.....and then some . what a wonderful experience.

West Coast Air is great when it comes to customer service and professionalism. When our A/C died they were on top of it since we have two little kids. They worked tirelessly to figure out what would work in our home and delivered beyond our expectations. Their staff are friendly and professional. I cannot sing their praises enough. We have been using them for service for a few years and will continue to do so way into the future.

So Glad we found West Coast A/C! Previous repair company told us we needed a new compressor, new hoses, freon, etc for a very Large estimated bill. Nick from West Coast was able to figure out what was wrong with the 1 year old unit (an installation problem) and fix it and saved us Thousands! Very prompt and courteous service.

Nick was awesome. He was able to troubleshoot a problem that had evaded two other companies. Crossed power lines to two adjacent compressor/condensers serving two different condominiums.

Removed old furnace and installed heat pump. Excellent, professional installation. Found unique solutions for a very difficult house installation, which minimized exterior and interior conduit visibility. Installers were friendly, responsive, and very professional. I would use them again and highly recommend for any hvac installation.
