Impressed with service. Sent picture of technician in uniform approximately 15 minutes before appointment so that I would know who to expect. Technician Tony dressed and acted professional and had great manners. On time and quick service.

Antonio arrived on time. I was not home and he waited a few minutes for my grandson to show up. The repair and service took less than an hour.

Very competent - John (Garcia) did an excellent job repairing our furnace and the office staff was friendly and I feel I could recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Tony at Holl's Sheet Metal was promptly on time, friendly, and courteous. He was very respectful to keep unwanted soiling from
outside and cleaned the work area before leaving. Most of all, he did a great repair job, as evidenced by the many pictures he took.
The billing transaction was efficient and the fee was fair for the amount of time spent and the good work done. Holl's will be our "go-to" AC folks from now one. Also, the staff at the office was very courteous, and helpful re: scheduling and questions answered.

AC went out in hot hot July. Bob Holl Sheet Metal Inc were quick to come take a look at the unit. Emily at front desk was super sweet and patient with me and a great communicator. Walked me through all the steps and answered alot of my questions. Jose was the technician that came to look at our unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He tried his best to fix it but turns out compressor and some other parts were shot. We decided to get a new AC unit installed through them. They sent us a few estimates on different units. Valerie, the installation coordinator, was quick to help me select the right unit and answer more of my questions/concerns. They are booking out for installation which put us on a 2 week wait time. But atleast I know in the meantime they have ordered the unit and are pulling permits etc in preparation for the installation date scheduled. Will update review once final unit is installed. But honestly such a great team of employees at this company. I highly recommend them. They answer and return your calls, emails, and texts! That is very rare these days! Very happy with their service so far.

Tech jose explained everything he was doing and took his time to look at more then one unit for us. Very professional and knowledgeable. The owner Ken is doing a great job training his staff. Receptionist are also always pleasant!
