Holl Sheet Metal

Antonio took the time to research a thermostat that requires a c-wire (common). My unit is older than most and requires this wire or an adapter provided by the company in my case it was Honeywell. Antonio took the time to do it correctly with limited instructions. Just in time for the NBA Finals game. I appreciate his work and I will be using Holl Sheet Metal again.

Holl Sheet Metal has been servicing my HVAC for years. They have always done a great job are always punctual and professional. When it was time to replace my AC I got many quotes and Holl Sheet Metal was by far the best. We installed it and they were very on point with the installation.

I have had several contacts with other companies that left me feeling stung. So I followed friends advice and used Bob Holl. Very good service. Very pleased with serviceman.

12/2021: I am enjoying my new energy efficient HVAC unit after being without heat for several days, thanks to fantastic staff at Holl Sheet Metal/Heating and Air. Thanks to repair tech Antonio; to Valerie, Emily, and Ken—who lent me a portable heater and worked quickly to locate an HVAC unit in a limited supply; and to the crew (Jose, Jerry, John, and Carson) who installed the new unit amazingly quickly, I have heat at last! To ALL the hard-working professionals at Holl Sheet Metal/Heating and Air—I will always contact you to keep my home heating and AC functioning properly!

Update—Jose R. Was just here to complete a repair on the HVAC thermostat. He arrived within 30 minutes from my call in the early evening. He was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thanks to Jose R., my house is back to cool and comfortable!! Awesome job, Jose!! :-D

Our air conditioner stopped working. Called Holl Sheet Metal and they arranged our service appointment for the next day. Technician Jose was prompt and worked very hard to repair and clean our air/heat unit. A part had to be ordered. We expected a 2 day wait but Jose was back at our house the next day with the ordered part! After installation he made sure our unit was now working properly and checked the temperature of the cooled air at several registers in our home. We are very happy!! 😊

John Garcia was courteous, efficient, and professional carrying out my A/C maintenance check. Upon completion he explained in depth what he did in checking my A/C unit. John’s a real asset to your company!

Ken was on time, professional appearance, did not push one product over another, did NOT tell me what I needded and most of all took the time to listen to the different options that I had researched and what would work best for my home and needs. Have not yet decided on an installer, but if Holl is competitive, they most likely will get the job.

Every aspect of our experience with this company was wonderful. Our initial phone call was pleasant with a very kind woman who answered our call and made the appointment. An awesome feature: to let us know that a service person would soon be arriving, they sent a text message with a photo of Craig.

Craig showed up exactly at the estimated time. He was friendly and got our heater back up and running in no time. We definitely recommend this company!

Great customer service! Had my A/C die on me in 95 degree heat! They were able to send a technician out quickly. I expected a few days wait. It was next day!! I received a text of the appointment time and even a text with the technicians name and a photo so we knew who to expect. It was great! He was able to get my A/C up and running in less than an hour!

We used Holl for our A/C maintenance on our new home. Our technician, Jose, was on time, courteous, professional, and kept us up to date throughout the appointment. He explained everything in detail and even fixed a squeaking vent in no time at all. It was clear that our A/C unit hadn’t been serviced in years prior to us purchasing the home, but we can go into the summer now with confidence that we have a properly working unit that will run far more efficiently.
