I oredered flooring online for delivery. The driver schedules a delivery and when he arrives he wants me to help him to unload, and when I refuse he takes off with my shippment. So I call the customer service and they contacted the driver and ask the driver to return and drop off my shipment. He assure them he will return in1 hour, so we waited and after 2 hours called back and was told that he can not make the delivery since he has loaded other shipments in fron of my load. So now have to wait for the next delivery day. Meanwhile I had hired 2 guys to do the instalation for the plan delivery day.
