Our worksite has the chance to work with may plumbers over the years. This was the first time we used Valley Plumbing Pros based on reviews from other customers. Wow -- what a difference. Yes, professional, fast, etc -- but also just very thoughtful about our situation and helping us decide how to fix it. Very comforting to know they are here in Merced. Approximately August 2022 I had a sprinkler repair done and they were on time and quick. So I decided this would be my go to company for future jobs. Fast forward to end of January 2023, scheduled an appt with two hr window for a possible sewer line blockage after two voicemails were left. No one showed up to the appt nor was I informed why that same day. Called and no one answered till the next day apologizing that they were overbooked. I responded to txts they sent to reschedule and again no response after. Been wasting days with clogged shower drains and toilet. Should have just told me straight up they can’t fit me into the schedule instead of dragging it out into the weekend. Thanks for the professionalism of customer communication and integrity.

I called Valley Plumbing Pros and got Rich on the line. This was the second time I needed them. The first time, Rich, gave a very clear estimate of repair. The second time, I called Rich, it was in the morning when my son saw a leak in my front yard. By early afternoon David G. was there. He ran the camera to find a stick blocking the water from going down the sewer line. He cleared the blockage and was kind to stop by another time to put a cap on the line. I highly recommend them.
