I initially requested service from a competitor of Eagle Air Conditioning who said they would have someone out here in TEN DAYS. Needless to say, I continued searching.
7:00 PM that evening is when I used Eagle’s website chat feature to request service. 2:00 PM the following day, I had Garrett out here to diagnose and fix my AC. The process was so fast and easy, and everyone was very professional. Garrett was a really cool dude, who was respectful and polite the entire time, in and out in under an hour.
Hope I don’t need their service for a long time, but whenever I do, I will give Eagle a call without a doubt.

As scheduled, our workers, Rafael and Kevin arrived promptly at our townhome to begin the installation of a new Trane Heating furnace and a new Air Conditioning unit. As a prior engineer, my husband enjoys watching people effectively doing their jobs, so he spent most of the day following them around and learning. The technicians were exceptionally focused on doing a great job for us, were professional, and friendly. They worked tirelessly to install the units with only one 10 minute break. We would highly recommend Eagle Air in Livermore to anyone!!

I did schedule an appointment with Eagle air because my for A/C wasn't working. They punctuality was excellent, they came and in less them 15 minutes they had the diagnostics and repair the unit in less than an hour. I did not have to wait for parts. They costumer service is excellent and the service person is very knowledgeable and communicative. I will be doing a service routine as he recommend it.

We would recommend Greg, Howard and Eagle Air to anyone/anytime. They are honest, polite, efficient and thorough. They have serviced us for years and are now replacing a unit they installed almost 20 years ago. The new unit is much better (zoned and modulating) yet they also saved me thousands when I thought new ducting was also necessary. It wasn't and they explained why. Thanks

Trevor was an excellent technician. He explained everything an was super patient with my questions. He came to reconnect a flue in the attic and give our wall furnace the once over. Needless to say he did a great job getting our house warmed up for the winter! He even had space heaters for us just in case the issue couldn’t be resolved in one visit. We will definitely use Eagle Air for any future needs!

Howard the Hero!
My service call was one the company had never gotten (probably never would have expected), but let me tell you they were so AMAZING in helping me out in this very rare situation.
I called them because my 6 pound tiny Yorkie got herself stuck in the air duct! In the midst of packing and moving one of lose screens from the wall vent fell open. 3am we hear a strange sound and after searching for the sound and our doggy we found her tiny feet in one of the air duct opening. She must have been snooping around and fell in.
> Eagle was the first company I called (figured I’d have to call several to find urgent help and to see if a company would be able to help with this situation). They were the only company I called.
They listened to what happened, was honest in stating we have never done that but will have someone come out to see if we can help. It was going to a hot day, and the lady was kind to acknowledge that and called their morning client to see if they would be willing to reschedule for the afternoon so the technician could come out in the morning to help out.
> Our technician Howard, shall I say “Howard the Hero” was awesome! He was very caring and immediately identified how to help and get our tiny doggy (which by the way is really my mom’s dog).
Huge thank you to Eagle for coming out and helping us. They obviously never got a call to rescue a tI ny doggy. But they were willing to come out and try and for that I am so thankful.
Also a huge thank you to the customer who had the morning appointment today. The company called you to cancel and take the afternoon appointment so they could come and rescue our doggy. Thank you for understanding and accommodating.
If Eagle can provide care like this they will definitely be great for your service needs.
