Eagle Air tech : Tyler Hervey came at our request to investigate a mildew type odor coming from the heater closet; Tyler found
that odor was coming up thru floor vent, which he closed off, being there was an upper air inlet vent. He did good work and
investigate the crawel space, finding ground moisture odor.
At this time, we would reccomend Eagle Air & Tyler Hervey. :-)

Trevor did a diagnosis and cleaned the coils to get better reading for performance. Determined refrigerants were low and other possible problem. He contacted me by phone to explain everything and possibilities of getting a new system. Estimate appointment made. Trevor worked with tenants to schedule times convenient to them. Dry satisfied.

Eagle Air was great! So professional, on time, and took the time to check my aging unit and fix a small problem rather than just tell me I need a new AC system. They made sure it was working well before they left. Went with someone else first and they didn't even look at it because the system is so old. Now I'm up and running well again!

Garrett came out to my house to perform a Air Con inspection. He did a great job, he pointed out a few things that I could do to help protect the air conditioner and prolong it's life. I decided to move forward with his suggestions and Garrett installed surge protector, Hard Start Kit and cleaned the coils on the air conditioner. Garrett installed a surge protector on my furnace too. With all these PG&E power outages its a good idea to protect your equipment before it get fried by PG&E with their unplanned outages then you have to pay big money to fix/replace it. Great job Garrett.
