Eagle Air

Garrett Wright came out to service our AC unit that failed to cool during our hottest days last weekend. The capacitor had failed. Garrett arrived in a timely manner and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He explained what had failed and how he proposed to fix it. He reviewed all prices with me, gave me options and there was no hard sell. He installed a hard start kit with my approval. This kit has a start capacitor which holds an extra charge to get a motor moving, and a run capacitor to keep a motor running smoothly with no up and down spikes. Garrett suggested it as an optional choice to ease the future stress on the system and it made sense to me as I expect we will continue to see these extraordinary heat spells again. So nice to have cool air again! This is our second contact with him as he came out in June to do routine maintenance. He is a friendly, polite, and thoughtful technician. We are very happy we chose Eagle Air.
