We had technician Howard come over. What a pleasant representation of the company. Friendly and very thorough with his repair of our wall furnace.

Replaced capacitor. He arrived as scheduled, quickly found the problem, replaced the part, and tested the system. Friendly, highly professional. Only problem was the nine days wait for service from the day I called them --- the house got chilly.

Kim took our call and scheduled our repair appointment just two days later which was great. She looked up our installation and found our record quickly. She kept us informed about the upcoming visit with a reminder phone call the next day. Garrett arrived on time for a scheduled appointment. The AC duct in our crawl space separated and we were loosing chilled air. Garrett had his protective clothing on within 10 minutes and had the duct repaired and reconnected in about an hour. We are satisfied with his work and our AC is back to normal again. Thank you Kim and Garrett!
