I originally called Pennies AC to take a look at my AC and they serviced it hoping it would fix my issue of not having cold air. After a hot week and my AC not working properly I called Arctic Air for a second opinion. Charlie diagnosed my AC system and informed me it was overserviced last time Pennies was at my house and that the install of the coil in my attic was poorly done and contributing to the issues I was experiencing. Arctic Air was incredibly informative and gave me more confidence that they cared about what they were doing and genuinely wanted to help vs Pennies that just wanted to take my money. I will be using Arctic Air for all my AC issues in the future.

First time using Arctic Air and was very satisfied with their service. Charlie the technician was professional and even vacuumed my ball cap’s that were on wall display near the attic crawl space! Very impressed with the service so much that I signed up for annual maintenance. I will definitely recommend Arctic Air to family and friends.

I called Arctic Air when my AC unit started making weird noises. They came the same day and diagnosed the problem. It turned out I had a air duct leak and a faulty AC condenser. They fixed both problems and tuned up my AC unit for optimal performance. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely use them again.

Arctic Air is the best HVAC company in the Palmdale area. They installed a new AC compressor and a air filtration system in my home and I couldn't be happier. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

Update: I just had Charlie and Chris come to the house for our 2023 a/c summer maintenance. Those two are great. They checked the function of the two a/c units and crawled into attic to look at the system. Very personable and they didn’t try to sell us anything. .

I contacted Artic Air about a year ago to install a whole-house humidifier. Not only did they install a much more affordable system then what was quoted elsewhere, but also signed me up for their advantage program. Ever since the humidifier was installed, we've been far more comfortable in our home!

Fast forward a year, I called to have them come out and replace the water panel. Mason and Carlos came out, not only did they replace the water panel, they also cleaned the unit of all the buildup, inspected the rest of unit, and ensured that everything was working properly. They were very friendly, professional, and even documented and showed me how much the replacement was needed.

Recently my grandfather was experiencing some issues with his heater so I decided to reach out to Arctic Air for some assistance & I am so thankful I did! My grandfather was very nervous about receiving help because so many companies take advantage of these kinds of situations, but with the help of a tech named Mason we felt so comfortable and grateful to have someone so professional and sincere to fix the problem! He not only was right on time, not leaving us waiting hours like other companies would, but he also was very quick with his work and explained every detail down to the T which made us trust him completely with his diagnoses and work. We definitely will be reaching back out to Mason and the Arctic Air team in the future!

Chris F. not only helped me figure out and learn more about my evaporative cooler, he went the extra mile by coming back to help me put the cover back on. On a scale of 0 to 10, 10 being the best, Chris’s job knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication, make him a solid 100. I wish all businesses would hire people like him. I always felt like my questions were respected. His great attributes are very much appreciated!!
