They were thorough, careful and respectful of my property. They also showed me before and after pictures of their work and gave me some tips on how to maintain my HVAC system. They are very friendly and helpful.

Carlos showed up and cleaned and inspected our central evaporative cooler system, getting it ready for summer. He was knowledgeable and thorough about his work. Highly recommended.

We found vent material and insulation around our yard that got ripped off our roof during some wind storms and Arctic Air came right out to check it for us.

Super fast service and came quickly to check it out before the next wave of storms hit.

Carlos and Mason were awesome and braved our roof to repair what was messed up. They took lots of pictures and documented it all for us. Now we have a much better understanding of the things on our roof that we weren’t sure what they were.

My experiences over the years having to call handymen, contractors , plumbers etc..to do any kind of work in my home has always caused extreme anxiety.
When I called Arctic Air they were very nice,but I thought just like the others that's just a.ploy to get u to use their services. I knew from experiences, once they actually do come out it would be the opposite of this and the person they sent out would be rude and irritated just because u want them to explain what the problem is and how they r going to fix it.
To my surprised they were the very opposite of what I was expecting!!!.
My tech's were Carlos and Chris. If I could rate them with a million stars instead of 5 star service I would.
They answered all my questions before I asked them, but when I did have other questions just out of my curiosity they were happy to give me those answers also.
As we all know the times we r all living in right now r horrible. Most of the.populatuon are in it only for themselves, but it's very encouraging to see a company such as Arctic Air that has gone the extra mile to make sure their tech's r the best of the best in morality,honesty,compassion. When and if u have these attributes it will only and always show itself in perfect, true and pure ,prideful workmanship

Carlos came out today to check up on some leaking. He diagnoses and fixed the problem and even waited a while after to make sure his solution had worked! Thanks Carlos M.! GREAT JOG.

Tim was very professional and knew what he was doing with my swamp cooler. He had my problem solved in 15 minutes. Very good technician. I will request him
