Arctic Air-Lancaster HVAC and AC Repair

Great experience with Arctic Air. Charlie came out for a service call last week and gave me an honest assessment of my systems and the install team came yesterday and installed 2 new systems at my residence. They team of Javier, Mason, Leo, Enid, and Elvis worked constant and hard all day to get these systems installed. I was impressed with the quality of the work. They were very professional and answered all my questions throughout the day. Definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Great! Dispatch was friendly, tech was fast and dedicated to getting the job done, they arrived prepared when they said they would (like 3 hours after I called! Very fast!), provided updates and pictures from the roof along the way, and I spent less than I expected to. Absolutely recommend.

Charlie and his Crew did a excellent job on the entire installation of my a/c,furnace,coil replacement, from day one Charlie explain the whole process from start to finish his expertise surely shows.
The crew of Elvis,Edin,Leo were courteous and knowledgeable about the installation explaining every thing they were doing when ask. that day it was 104 degree working in a garage and outside not complaining one bit my hat off good job crew. and when everything was done the crew clean-up like they were never here. they ask if i had any more question and finally Charlie and i did a complete walk around and explaining everything that took place. Beginning with Josh in the office, excellent and friendly customer service. Set me up with a quick appt. and was very accommodating in working around my schedule. On the day of my appt. the technician, Mason, called before arriving to give me a heads up that he was on the way. He was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions. Upon completion, he showed me pictures of the unit, made recommendations and once again answered all of my questions. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with their service and would happily reccomend them.
