Arctic Air-Lancaster HVAC and AC Repair

As a single mother i hate dealing with household appliance issues and i was super nervous about trying to get my AC fixed but it was blowing hot air in 90 degree weather. Called a few places and was told they would have someone over in the next couple days. Called Arctic Air and Johnny “Charlie” was checking my AC within the hour!! He went above and beyond for us and now we have a working AC, same day! Charlie was super nice, and even gave great tips on how to take care of the unit. He really went above and beyond for us and extended my expectations! Thank you so much Charlie!

I called Arctic Air to come out and service my old HVAC system which was from 1990. Mason came out and looked at my system and I told him I was thinking of getting a new system with nee duct work. He laid out all my options and I gave me the advantages and disadvantages of all the different systems and his recommendations. He wasn't pushy and I told him I would think about it and he completely understood. I called him a couple days later and let him know what system I wanted to go with. Within a couple weeks I had the new system installed and it took 2 crews a total of 2 days. Javier, Leo, Angel, Juan, Edin, Johnny and Sergio were all very friendly and explained how to operate everything smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and probably left things cleaner than before. Just overall a very easy and pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Great company with great employees.

This company is amazing. From the sales person Rick to the installation team of Leo and Javier and others they were so professional. We had some concerns we wanted to go over so they actually sent someone to us the same day. Charlie was who they sent to us and I really cannot not say enough good things about him. He addressed our issues and went above and beyond. All he wanted was us to be 100% happy with our system and by the time he left we were. It is so hard today to actually find a company that puts the customer first but this company certainly does. It is nice to know there still are companies that believe in customer service and back it up . I would recommend this company to everyone who wants a job done well and to be treated with respect.

Charlie & his son Johnny serviced my AC and installed a new thermostat. Charlie repaired my AC on a previous visit, replacing a circuit card along with some other minor repairs. Both were very professional and showed up on time, calling me in advance to re-confirm my appointment time. Charlie is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to come up with a solution to repair my older AC system, thus preventing me from having to replace it. Also, the office staff is great. They are very friendly/helpful and I’ve never had an issue reaching a person when I call. Their services are reasonably priced and in line with what I would expect to pay for these types of services. Highly recommend.
