Very nice & knowledge office staff. The technician “Cody” that arrived at our home was very polite, knowledgeable & did a very thorough job, explained everything regarding what he checked and what the results were. We have options that we can discuss and decide what we can do. We highly recommend this company!

My furnace went out and I contacted All Heart for the repair. Unfortunately the part I needed was not on hand but the technician Adrian was able to get the unit going but advised of several components that would need maintenance in the future. Since my gas bill was significantly higher, me and the sales rep Rick Caron discussed an alternative unit to the gas furnace. I ❤️the new unit, it’s quiet and i will be saving during the winter.Kudos to Rick and the crew (Luis, Brian, and JK) that performed the removal and installation and wiring performed by Shocker Electric. I recommend All Heart for any HVAC routine or non routine maintenance.

I've had them come out on 2 separate occasions and both occasions have been of very great service. This last time Technician Andrew did a great job keeping me informed about my system and did a great job cleaning my AC system and provided me before and after pictures of the job . No hidden corners were taken and was very respectful and professional when entering my home. Highly recommend the company and the technicians to give you the quality service that is needed.

The technician- Alan was very professional . I like that he was courteous and detail oriented. He was quick and did not waste time. Alan let me ask questions and patiently responded. We had All Heart put in a new AC and new duct work. We have been very satisfied with the work and especially the technicians, customer service and the ladies in the office. Everybody is very polite and positive.

My wife and I just bought our house so we wanted an inspection done from a professional company. All Heart was recommended from a family friend. We scheduled an inspection and they sent out Andrew their tech. He came out and was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I had plenty of questions and he answered each and everyone. I highly recommend All Heart and Andrew as a tech.

I bought a home and hired All Heart to come out and inspect, do some annual care and feeding of the system. They discovered a crack in the furnace which was confirmed by the gas company. Did a lot of searching and research to find who I wanted to replace the system and All Heart won out both for price, system, and reliability for performing future maintenance. They did a wonderful job with the complete tear out and replace. I am very satisfied with the labor they did and the results.

Hermes was very professional, friendly and polite. He explained everything in a way that helped us understand what all was involved. We needed a part replaced and he called until he was able to find it. It was delivered to the house in 30 minutes. After completing the installation of the parts, he made sure the system worked properly. Hermes then explained very clearly how the new thermostat worked. The office personal was also very courteous, professional, and helpful.
Yes, we will use this company again. If we can request Hermes as the technician, we will!

We called when our AC stopped working during an extreme heatwave, Melvin came right out even earlier than originally scheduled, worked outside in the sun, cleaned up after himself, he did a thorough inspection and provided a very reasonable estimate for repair. He was courteous and professional, knowledgable, able to explain the extent or our issue and the steps needed to repair it.

Our only drawback is that he's so busy he can't fix the issue until 6 days from inspection, which is like a prison sentence in mid-July in the desert. We have small children and pets, we really can't wait a week for air conditioning. He understood our concern and even suggested they might have some portable AC units they could lend us, which is above and beyond my expectations for HVAC service.

We highly recommend him and his company!

Cody showed up on time, and when he figured out what the issue was, not only fixed it in a timely manner—but did what he could to save me money. As a disabled person without any income, it means the world that he found ways to save me money!

I’m sitting in my house with air conditioning, totally expecting to have to wait for parts to be delivered—yet he found them on his truck and managed to save the day—week! I will be recommending them for future jobs to friends and neighbors, and look forward to my first maintenance visit in December (part of the deal I received).

Absolutely everyone I have interacted with, from receptionist on the phone, to technicians in my home, including the third party drywall installer have been an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.
