JLC Air

7 years of outstanding service so far. Best HVAC company in the AV. They installed my current system which was a huge improvement over the last system. 2 minor repairs so far. The first was at the very end of the 5 year maintenance plan so it cost me nothing. The second was yesterday and it was on a Saturday they came within 8 hours and fixed it for very little. Works great again. When this system finally dies I'll be calling JLC to replace it. It's hard to find reliable honest service nowadays but JLC is a team you can trust. Even their coordinator always answers the phone and gets your appointment done ASAP...JLC is the best.

JlcAir gave a quote. I Called on Aug 5 saying go for it, The schedule for that week was clear on Aug 8. They showed up starting about 8:15am,
They were done by 4pm. Cool again after two weeks. They covered stuff with plastic, and cleaned up pretty well, Good Job guys...

Yeah the guy that came out to look at my wall heater he was cool she told me that I can put it on payments basically get a loan from so he told me I was approved 30 minutes later jlc call me back and told me that the bank change their mind so now I'm without a heater

I am very impressed with this company. I met the owner when i repaired one of his work trucks at my work. I called his company to inquire about a new Condenser, evaporator, and heating unit. I was looking to find a unit that would cool my house faster and save money in the process. I was recommended two different units. One is a 14SEER and the other a 16SEER. I was given pros an cons on both. I was never pressured into buying a more expensive unit than I was looking for. I was really worried about being pressured into buying more than I needed and they did not do that to me. I called another HVAC company in town and I was quoted 3500 dollars more than JLC quoted me, and it was a 14SEER. So JLC was able to get me a 16SEER for 3500 less than a 14 from the competitor. They masked off my closet and hallway to keep dirt from shoes of my carpet and walls and were very nice to my wife who stayed home to let the workers into the house. The fan on the condenser is quiet and cools the house faster than my old unit. I am still waiting to see the energy savings but hope it can knock of 6 dollars per day. Over the weekend our AC was leaking water under the floor warping it and needed service quickly. Called Monday morning and Betty got us in 48 hours later. We had no idea what was wrong or needed. The technician was there over 2 hours early, diagnosed and fixed the problems and was out the door in less than an hour. $65 later we have our AC fixed. JLC Air is the ONLY AC business I trust anymore. The technician could have told us anything but it's not the way they operate. Another great experience with JLC Air.

They answered the phone when I called, and the tech was at my door in less than 45 minutes. I left a VM with Pennie's and never got a call back.

I spent more than I would have liked, but my heater was fixed and running on the same day. Can't be too upset about that.

Another great job done. Been with this business for 20 years. Always professional and great work. Reccomend getting the service agreement also. Thanks again for a great job.

I highly recommend JLC Air. This is the second time they have been called to fix A/C Heating in the past three years. Customer service and quality of work are excellent!

I Want to thank and recommend JLC they came and cleaned up after another company in Lancaster that took it apart and could not fix it! Steve came in and fixed it no questions asked.

Would reccomend no other. Twice came out on emergency calls, were here in 30 minutes, very reasonable, and definitely sign up for the summer/winter maintenance program.
Worth every penny.
