I called in the morning and they were able to come out that day. Sean Martin was the technician they sent and he was great! He didn't give up checking everything out and most courteous and professional. Let me say just like this, they were fair priced, it took him a couple of hours to go through everything and by doing so helped to save me from having to buy a new unit. Hats off to Sean Martin and Affordable Air. I give them my HIGHEST recommendation......I will recommend them to all that I know and will call them again when I need any kind of service they do. .....

Professional & friendly. Rep gave me great advice for replacement of my entire 30 yr. Old heating & air system at a very good price, as I compared to 2 previous companies I had out to estimate.

The technician Isaac was excellent explaining the problem and solutions. The best method to solve the current challenges. Called on a Sunday not expecting to even get an answer given it was the weekend. To my surprise a helpful woman by the name of Yesenia answered. She was able to get me an appointment with a technician the very next day. The technician arrived within the timeframe we were given. He was professional and quickly had our AC fixed. Also, their prices are reasonable! Thank you :)

Our technician from was extremely professional during our recent service and repair. He explained exactly what all our repair options were, how much each could cost, and which he'd personally recommend.

We signed up for their annual maintenance membership, which seems like a good deal because you basically get a summer and winter service inspection for the cost of just one visit, plus a discount on repairs if they're needed.

We will likely have to replace our HVAC system in the next few years, and we'll definitely be having Affordable Air do the installation.

John, Danny, Jesse, Henry and Angel did Duct replacement work at my townhome. They did a great job and were very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the most amazing company I've had to deal with. They keep their appointments first off, came out the same day in winter when my central heater went out. Took pictures not only informed me of issues that would be coming up but also educated myself on what is necessary in the future to keep my system going. The technician Sean came out and opened a damper (?) to my kids rooms that were closed off due to them not sleeping in their bedroom. He was able to offer recommendations, took his time explaining each option and was very thorough and honest. I was worried about having a tech come out but the process was easy and professional.
