They took out the icemaker and said that was the problem. He probably could've fixed both appliances again but I just decided to replace them Pioneer HVAC & Appliance Repair. Only thing I would like better wad if they answered the phone instead of texting but I got used to it. I understand why they don't answer because he called me and explained why. If he's on the phone all the time they won't get any work done.

This is a complete rip off. You will pay for an initial visit and then never hear from them again. When you follow up they will tell you they don’t have any time for months. Rude. Unacceptable.

I have had this Appliance company twice before. He is knowledgeable and when we encountered a problem that was outside of his normal he helped me fix that problem so that he could repair the appliance. He is a good guy.
