I did not end up hiring them but inquired for a quote on placing new ductwork for my existing HVAC. They showed up on time for the on site inspection. Their pricing though was not competitive and by far, compared to other quotes I got.

Outstanding service! He was on time, professional, and struck up a great conversation with me while he worked. He explained everything that he was doing and showed genuine care about getting my freezer repaired. I'm happy to say that his expertise solved a months-long issue I've been having. Fantastic service...and grateful for everything he did for me!

We were in dire need in having our fridge/freezer repaired. They were prompted in their response and repair was done timely resulting in not having to dispose of all the contents in the fridge and freezer. Would recommend.

Dryer wasn't working. They came out fast, fixed it. All good now. A little more than expected in terms of cost, but way cheaper than replacing the dryer

We used this Appliance company because our dryer quit working. The whole process was smooth and painless. Once we scheduled a date of service I received an email confirming date and time and then on the day of, I was called 20 minutes before the technician would arrive. This was helpful because I didn't have to spend my whole morning wondering when someone would show up. Our tech. John, was great. He was professional and knowledge. He had our machine back up and running within a hour.

Wonderful first experience with a great local appliance repair company! We were able to quickly secure an appointment time to work on our non-functioning dishwasher. On appointment day the technician, called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently made the repair, and checked that the machine was working properly. Jeremy was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company for other issues that arise with our appliances! Highly recommended.

The appointment scheduler was very friendly and they were able to complete my repair within 2 days. Dustin, the technician was very professional and clearly explained what the issue was and what would be needed. I had the full price upfront which was reasonable. I will definitely call again-and request!!

Nothing was done and we were charged $90 for it. We were asked to give a detailed description of the refrigerator and what was wrong with it. This gave us the impression that the technician would be bringing parts, as we also had to set aside a whole afternoon for this. A technician came out and basically said "Yeah, it's not working". Apparently we will be receiving an estimate at some point.
