I sincerely appreciate that I could book online and they actually responded to my online request. I work third shift, so making phone calls is challenging, and other appliance companies ignored me. Being able to track my technician was really helpful, and he was on time and got my washer fixed no problem. Definitely will use them again!

He fixed our oven very quickly and efficiently. He also helped clean out broken glass that we didn’t even know was trapped in the bottom of the oven. He was courteous and professional — happy to recommend his services and would be glad to call him again for future repairs.
